My home came out beautifully- excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Paint colors and carpeting were really lovely. Both the sales team (Laura L.) and site manager (Rick L) were amazing and exgtremely responsive, they went out of their way to help me throughout the entire build process, keeping me in the loop with photos and updates. Once I closed they assisted me as an out of state owner by making sure my utility providers had access to the property and that a few minor touch ups got done and there was a terrific new owner gift basket! The experience that I have with KBH was great from beginning to end. The internal and external staff were always quick to answer my many questions to my understanding. Staff at the Construction site was very detailed in explaining the building process every step of the way. So new home buyers can feel comfortable and at ease with the entire experience knowing that they can ask questions and receive the answers they are looking for.

Ashley in Design took her time to go over all options in designing and helped with style ideas. During construction Sam and Jarret kept me informed on status of my home and sent me photos as we got closer to the end (which I appreciated as I did not live close). My loan agents Heide and Cathy stayed in close contact with me and made closing stress free.
