Our experience with KB was top notch from beginning to end. We love our new home and the quality is amazing. Can’t say enough kind words for them and how much we appreciate their help throughout this whole process.

It was a good experience through the process

While I recognize that we did not purchase a custom-built house, however, for the price we paid ( half million or so)we expected more…this was our second KB home. We had great experience on our first thus we decided to get another KB home. I said,, mixed as there were quite a couple of people that stood out. Steve was great during our meetings with him from the footing/ foundation to the final walk through. Respected our customs and allowed us to do what we wanted us to do. The only issue, up to this day we couldn’t figure Out how to program our coach lights. A bit complicated even with the manual re the latitude and longitude thing. The loan processors Dan Murphy and Patricia were on top of things. Justin Grasmick was very responsive and quick to solve our issues. We have a few issues here and there… but what surprised us , why won’t people do things right the first time ( carpets were not fully stretched and tucked just to name a few) I understand we are on a time crunch esp during these covid times but that doesn’t mean we cut corners. I wish I could give a “ 10” as coached by some of the agents, but surveys are completed with transparency so that things will be fixed! I do not thrive on giving 5 or 10 stars knowing at the back of my Mind it was not. We still have a few things that needed to fixed here and there…. And I hope the same responsiveness will continue regardless of this review. There is always room for improvement. I just wanted to mention, in the past the builder would leave a small pint of paint to retouch just in case the paint was chipped during moving in, caulk to retouch or so, we have not seen that this time… thus for every little thing we call. It bothers me to see even little flaws as The idea that we bought a new house , there should be no flaws. I might be wrong but that’s my opinion. Thank you. ... More

Easy process to start our new Home with excelente support!

To0ok 10 months! constantly changing dates of when it would be finished. We wish they would pay more attention to details.

Working with Chase was a great experience. He made sure any issues were taken care of promptly and was on top of things

LaVon follow up texts were very helpful and allowed me to concentrate on moving. She had my back! :)

They made the process to buy a house very easy.

Communication was great. All concerns no matter how small were handled with urgency.

KB Home builds a beautiful home. Because they are not using there normal contractors our home has a lot of issues that still haven't been resolved. In the final phase of our home before we moved in, they didn't take the time to pay attention to the details of completing our home correctly.

Great home buying experience! I was kept informed every step of the way during the construction process. Noticed a few items, mostly cosmetic, at the walk-thru that needed to be fixed and KB quickly took care of them to my satisfaction.

I’m still waiting for my windows to be fixed. But so far so great

Kyle, Jerry, and Dusty are great. I received updates constantly and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Exceptional customer service.

Working with KB staff was great. Every person from sales, to studio, to construction was great. In fact, I had no complaints at all until we moved in. There are several cosmetic issues in our home which could/should have been taken care of before we closed but we were on our 7th closing date and just couldn't wait any longer. Annoying things like paint on the carpet to more significant things like large gaps between the siding and top of the windows which I've already had to address personally. We signed our contract in January and we closed on our house November 5th. Communication was a nightmare! I had to reach out to them to ask what the status was each week. Unfortunately, we were lied to about a lot of things including the corporate office/permit department dropping the ball on ordering our permit. Thankful for Russell, who got involved with us and helped smooth the process but I can’t say the same for the so strict job person Trevor who was responsible for communicating with us from the meadows. He had absolutely zero customer service skills. The biggest disappointment was the quality of work done on the walls with, texture and paint. Looks like my 6 year old did the work and it still looks horrible even after they sent some people out to apparently fix the issues. The overall quality of work was rushed and not done the way you would expect when you are paying over 300,000 for a house. Hopefully they will hire new people and not continue with the guys who were drinking on the job doing our tape and float, texture and paint work. Something definitely needs to change! I hope they fix their issues before more home owners experience what we went through! ... More

The employees that we have contact are very kindness.

From the sales staff to the warranty staff KB homes really cares about the homeowner's experience. The quality of my house at closing was great and move-in ready. We had a few cosmetic issues but those were resolved within 48 hours. All of the staff did a great job following up and I feel confident they will resolve any issue that comes up quickly.

As a first time homebuyer, I have a lot of questions and concern, Michael, Tom and Julio are very patient and help me get through everything. I had a wonderful experience with KB Home. It was smooth all the way through, and I love my new house, the house is very well build, the KB Home team was very attentive, helpful and kind. They alway answer my questions and concern right away. Highly recommend KB Home.
