Everyone involved in the build and sell of our home were kind, quick to respond, and made the effort to openly community about the process. They have been quick when responding to our reports for repairs since we have moved in. I recommend purchasing a new home for KB Homes!

Loving the new and neighborhood is super nice and quit.

During construction, my husband and I delightfully witnessed a prepared pathway to our home and every home under construction. The home was regularly cleaned during construction. We visited other "high end" builders and was shocked to see the deplorable conditions of their construction environment. After move-in, we had some minor “adjustments” needed. We know problems may arise. It’s the way the problems are handled that makes the difference. The customer service team (Shelbi), has been quick to respond with good solutions. We are happy with our purchase.

KB strives to give their customers a great experience, particularly with the people who assist the customer throughout the entire process. Because of their positive culture, it reflects onto their frontline individuals who help their customers find a forever home.

Kb homes are affordable compared to other builders in LV. They have beautiful floor plans and so far I’m enjoying my new home. My dream of finally buying home has come true.

Overall good experience. Happy with our home. Noticed a few areas as far as craftsmanship during some of our personal changes that could have been done better or appeared to have been covered since it “would not be seen” type of coverup but otherwise not dissatisfied. We would like to share with new home buyers if they are interested in purchasing KB Home that they should be very engage and ask lots of questions in regards to the deal of what they are getting in their house, purchase price, upgrades, certain amenities they really do not need in their house and etc.
