They did a good job considering the current challenges of the market. It had some bumps in the way but overall I am happy and feel like I got a great house.

Happy with my home. I wish I spoke up for myself during our final walk thru because there were several things that I did not approve of about my new home, but did not want to wait any longer to move in because it was delayed a few months due to covid. Overall I am happy and they are willing to work with me and my needs for the home

We were able to take delivery of our home right on time their were some delays due to shortages but Cody and Nancy went above to ensure Our Customer satisfaction we are beyond happy with our home and Community

Kb homes are beautiful, very affordable, and modernize. We are happy that we bought a home with Kb and we are enjoying our new home built from scratch.

They never promised me a closing date and suddenly wanted to close when I wasn't ready and were going to charge me a fee of $100 per day. that got waived because of my complaint and the construction manager couldn't get it ready.

I like that they don't hold back lots and make potential homebuyers bid. Also, pleasant customer service experience from all parties (sales, design, construction, mortgage, warranty)

The team at KB Homes including my salesman, Frederick Plummer, to the building supervisor, Mike Siegel, were interested in my concerns and quickly responded and answered my questions.

We recently moved into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. This is our first home and we are beyond happy with our overall experience with KBH. KBH team, were all so helpful and friendly in every step of the way. We would get weekly update calls and answer any questions we had which made the entire experience so smooth for us. We feel so blessed to have such kind, friendly, and caring people to work with. My family and I couldn't be happier in our beautiful new home.

Due to delays caused by COVID, it took longer than expected to get into our new home. Other than that the KB team was outstanding! They made the process simple and easy.

Work with builders and managers together, ask questions, builders try to 100% satisfy the wishes of the client so that you are happy in your new home. Think carefully about design studio decisions to make your home as comfortable as possible.

We had high hopes in the very beginning, but after KB got our non refundable $5000 things changed. We were treated rudely and couldn’t get straight answers for anything. After moving in we’ve had one problem after another. It doesn’t seem like anything can go smoothly. We’ve had someone out about our flooring 4 times and are still having major issues. KB told us in the buying process that they stand behind their build and products, but we’re feeling very letdown. We’ve had many issues with many !! Things some have been resolved and some haven’t.

Because of labor and material shortages, the build deadline was extended; however, once the labor/materials were available there seemed to be a hastiness in getting the home built within KB's timeframe. After the move-in date, several issues were found within the home that had to be addressed. This created inconveniences for the homeowner (me). Although the road to purchase was smooth and the customer support was exemplary it was after the move-in where things are still getting done. Our community still has "substitute" garage doors whereas the new homes under construction already have the garage doors that are part of the home purchase. Perhaps KB should make sure everything in the home build is how it should be and making meeting their build deadline should not be the priority. ... More

This is the first home I brought from kb, it will be the last one as well. The materials kb used were cheap and work was rough. The new house came out with a lot of problems. Feeing like builder was not professional at all and not knowing how to build a house. There were not a lot of options to choose from design studio. We were so glad that we didn’t choose refrigerator and dry and washer from kb. We were pretty disappointed at kb home.

Constructions are precisionally done. Internal and external are professionally done. Need to pay attention to the precise fits of the covers to the utility box and air filter grill frames (not twist fits). I will give KB 9.9 out of 10.

The experience was okay. Still have some questions about the garage concrete that I have not gotten paperwork for. Also would have like to see more quality checks before closing and better communication within your team.

Everyone was great super sweet and knowledgeable

Sales was rude, unresponsive and apathetic. The construction crew was not much better. There were several items that were not broken or not properly installed that they tried to hide as if I would not notice. The only positive was the finance team.

KB Homes knows what customer care means and acts upon that meaning from day one with sales, thorough the entire build process until the final closing day and even stays committed to their clients months and years after closing. Applying this approach to their already awesome line up of homes available to build and amazing options to add to them makes this an out of this world home buying experience. You will walk from the KB options studio into your actual new home feeling empowered and educated but most importantly feeling 100% IMPORTANT!
