The purchase experience was excellent, Joe in the sales team always kept us up to date with the development of the construction by sending weekly videos of the progress, it was a very beautiful process in which I have to highlight Don Carlos who solved us all the details at the end, I also want to thank all the other people who were involved in this whole buying experience, such as Jackie, Fabian, Joy, Kyle, Lauren, thank you very much for all the favors received, I highly recommend KBH to do the dream of your new home come true.

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward. All KB staff was very polite and helpful throughout the buying process. We are very happy and excited with our new KB hime.

The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

House is working great, we enjoy it

First of all I want to say we have had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody was very kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The quality and value of our new home was very good. The builder team (LEONARDO) was always very responsive and always did what he promised. I love that each one of the homes in my track have their own unique style and paint.

Ivan and Jake made my first home buying experience a true bliss. The two were so kind and very informative throughout the entire process.

Great bang for buck in value. Overall the home exceeded expectation and upgrades were well worth the money paid. Beware of some excessively priced items in the selection process. But most selections are fairly priced. Quality and materials have gotten tons of compliments from contractors brought in to do small renovations. Our home inspector said the things he found are incredibly minimal compared to other new constructions he's seen.

Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

I’m very impressed with the the quality of my home. There are some issues with the wood trim but that is being addressed. They have made my experience a pleasant one. Very responsive and accommodating. All issues are being taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing a home with KB!

As a first time homeowner I was really pleased with purchasing experience from beginning to end and frankly I didn’t experience some of the horror stories you often hear about. This company is well represented by a team of professionals (Christine S., Nancy C., and Jackie R.) who all go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by making themselves available to address any and all questions and / or concerns.
