Love the quality of the build

Customer Service has been exceptional with from day one. As first home buyers, KB made this process easy as it sounds and straight forward.

KB Homes builder did a great job. Sun Power Solar company no follow through on there solar product.

Top notch Professionals! KB keep everything on track and was great to buy home with them. I had few issue with appliances, but they took care of those issue in timely manner.

The communication needs to be better. There will be contractors knocking at your door, they'll be scheduled with the builder, but not the homeowner. Things were forgotten on the build, the manpower and materials aren't there to accommodate issues that pop up.

This is my first home buying experience and I am happy to enjoy the journey with KBH.

The sales process was very easy and the sales representative was 1 of the reason we went with the community.

Our house was 2-3 months delayed due to 1 person. Our lawn is the worst lawn I have ever seen due to a bad quality sod product and install. KB Home seems to think the problem will go away on it's own and are sitting on their hands.

What a great experience, especially during this time. I want to thank everyone at KB Homes here in Piney Creek Bend. Tony, Garrett and Tim are great people, kept me Informed of the progress. Great professional service. Happy to be at my new house.

This was not only my first home but my first new build. The sales team was great and sent me weekly updates with pictures of the progress of the home. I was pleased with amount of commutation through out. Once moved in, the superintendent made sure we had everything we needed and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Due to Covid the completion date was pushed back a little, which was understandable, but they gave us free upgrades on some appliances and free services on the home-to make up for the trouble. They did and continue to do everything they can to make sure we’re happy with our new home. Really impressed with KB and the build overall. There were a few very minor ssues that had to be corrected/fixed after closing and they were handled to my satisfaction and with white glove attention to detail. Thank you for making this process a wonderful experience

Lots of over promising and under delivering.

Overall great experience buying home with KB.

Nothing is ever perfect but KB is good about making sure the home owner is happy.

The super attendant Robert and his boss was great at communicating with us on the homes

Superintendent Ramon and his assistant AJ are awesome any issues they are all over it these guys deserve a raise They kept me updated weekly with photos of the progress.being made. and return my phone calls very quickly. These guys are hard workers

KB Home staff are excellent people. The responds to all my questions, quick, and accurate.

The salesgirl, Cathy is great.

I am still finding some things that need repairs. Which are already adding to the increasingly long list of repairs that are still not have been fixed.

Everyone goes above and beyond at KB. I have nothing but great things to say about all the staff I had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for creating a seamless home building experience!
