Amazing smooth process , always answered questions right away and very quick to fix any issues.

I would like to say first and foremost Jodie was absolutely the best and I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Ramon made sure to get our home done and was very helpful through the whole process. Steve thank for always there to support. All the employees that were connected to KB Homes were most helpful and had a way of making you feel that your home being done right was very important to them. That our satisfaction with the whole buying experience and now the living experience in the home is top rate. My entire team was helpful in ensuring I was ready to move into my home in a timely manner. From start to finish my questions were answered quickly. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable which increased my level of comfort and trust while working with the KB Home staff/team.

This being our first house experience, everything was new and exciting! There where some stressful moments in the buying process, but the people at KB homes where very professional at meeting our needs. My overall experience with buying and building process with the people at KB Homes was very satisfying and I would encourage anyone looking to buy or build a home give KB Homes a call first!

We love the new home!! Iman was so warm and helpful in providing us weekly updates. She always called us back and helped resolved our issues in a timely matter! Devin is also great and extremely knowledgeable throughout the walk through process! He followed up and got all our items resolved at closing!!

The builder was very attentive and understood that the house represented not only a monetary but also an emotional investment. He responded to my concerns accordingly.

They will guide you until the end. They are always willing to help if there’s any issue or problem. KB Homes is highly recommended!

Great design studio experience and absolutely loving home!

I had a great experience going through the home buying process with KB Homes. I just bought my first home so there were plenty of questions for the entire process. The reps from KB Homes were very informative and helpful. They were their every step of the way in assisting my fiancee and I with the home purchasing process. We really appreciate the lengths they went through to make the process as easy and understandable as possible.

We overall had a very good experience with the process, Becky and Rob were absolutely great with regular calls every week for updates and answering all questions and concerns we had.

It was an incredible experience witnessing the house being built. I highly recommend KB Home if you are looking for an experiential journey to building a home! The team is amazing to work with. KB Home is in the business of building relationships before building homes:-)
