Everyone was really good at what they did!

In other non-pandemic times, I’m sure the home buying process with KB would have been more pleasant so it’s hard to give a review when most of the problems/ delays occurring were out of KB’s hands. I can say that we were always heard and reassured that everything would turn out great once we got past all the hurdles, and there were many. And yes, everything was great in the end.

Build quality needs to be improved.

This has been the worst experience! As a first time home buyer, I would have never expected to have gone through such poor construction and customer service as I’ve experienced. I definitely don’t feel I’ve received the value of a $300,000 home. We’ve had nothing but one complication after another and it all started within the first 24 hours of moving in when we had a small flood in our laundry room because a pipe was disconnected. Then after that they discovered another one disconnected in the main sewer drain. In total my yard was dug up three times in three weeks to fix problems that should have been caught during inspections. I’ve had electrical issues, drainage, incomplete tile issues, paint issues, sink holes, and the list goes on and on. I don’t feel my foundation is safe! KB Homes took away all the joy of my first home purchase. I’ve reached out several times for someone at corporate to contact me. Why me? Why my house? Why so many issues? Overall I think its been a good experience so far, I appreciate the quick response time for questions or concerns. Always very professional.

We signed for the house and then there was a material shortage. KB was transparent the entire time and made it easy for us.

While our house was almost 7 months behind schedule, we still love the home. In our area, it was a great deal, especially for a new build. There are some quality issues with the home (paint not even, wrong fixtures installed, internal walls / corners that aren't completely straight), but KB has been quick to help us fix them. We like it a lot and were pleasantly surprised at the whole design process.

Overall I am happy with the quality of the home. I have had no major issues with the build. Had some minor issues that KB builders addressed quickly. I have always received support in a professional and prompt manner. I have had an emergency where my breakers were stolen. KB took action and responded swiftly getting me replacements within 2 hours when breaker supplies were scarce due to the pandemic. I would evaluate KB as a high-quality builder.

I dont feel like they genuinely care about their costumers. They will ignore most of your concerns during the construction. You will not be compensated for the money and time lost because of their faults. They only care how much profit they can make without using high quality workmanship.

The build process was pretty good. However, getting things truly finalized has been challenging. Little issues that we all knew needed to be fixed or corrected have taken a really long time to complete and communication on progress and status of those issues has been slow.

Everyone here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through every step of the building and buying process.

This was an awesome home purchasing experience from start to finish. I'm really enjoying my new KB home.

Great customer service from the site superintendent, always stayed on top of everything and paid attention to details.
