Every is good, but some small things need fixing. Some of my paint needs more work.

Love the house. Steve, the construction manager, has been the best part of it all.

The weekly calls from either our sales agent or the general contractor made the home building process remarkable and easy. Great communication the whole time!

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

I had my ups and downs in my experience with KB.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.

We love the KB team: Erik, Scott, Megan, Ken and Ingrid. When the process works, it’s great. It was a relatively easy process for us. Just a few stumbling blocks to get the structure started. Other than that, it was great. Loan and structure under one company was great. KB has a great team.

The sales side of the transaction was very good. The mortgage staff was helpful, the realtor that sold us the home was helpful at getting us a fair price, and informing us of deals. That was a very positive experience. Downside was samsung products. A month after moving in the oven broke and there's no warranty to cover it. I contacted KBHomes customer service and they said a warranty was available through Samsung but Samsung said no it is only available 1 year from date of purchase. Either way I was caught in the middle and had to pay $2k for a new oven. Not good when you buy a brand new home and use a stove 1 time. There was some painting issue that we pointed out to the community rep and he still hasn't given us the paint name or come by with the paint (like he said he would) to fix the paint issues. Overall, the home buying experience was smooth and easy. The move in experience leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service once the home is purchased also leaves a lot to be desired. ... More

There are no 20A circuits where we can run our treadmill or water distiller. Kicks out the GFI every time. I asked the electrical contractor who wired the house for a quote on putting in a single 20A circuit. $1,000. You’d think that a $720,000 home could have had a 20A circuit for a treadmill. Lots of people have treadmills. I’m not sure whether a 15A circuit would even power a skill saw under load. Every person we’ve dealt with through our building process have been extraordinary, wonderful people. We love our new home, but had no idea about the power deficiency. Sales staff great, thank you. Construction rushed, and it showed. Too busy trying to make EOY deadlines. Previous KB homeowner from New Construction, this one not up to same standard. Not talking about extras, just like basics, cabinet installation, chaulk, hanging doors. No attention to details or levels apparently from the crews to the supervisors. Dont get me wrong still a good home, just could have paid closer attention and had it done right first time.just slow down.

I am in love with the flooring throughout the home. It looks very polished, & exceeded my expectations. The backsplash for the kitchen is also my favorite part. The craftsmanship of how it was laid & the color is beautiful!

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He kept us updated on everything. If we had an issue he took care of it asap.

The staff representing KBHomes has made most of the experience easy. From picking out your exterior colors and elevations to choosing countertops and cabinets. Jason at the sales office has a great balance of listening and offering suggestions to help you complete the purchase. Jill at the design studio is well versed in what options are available, as well has has a talent for interior decorating. The finish work on the house has been a struggle. Alot of imperfections thru out the finish work on the house. Mostly the paint. Painting over dirt on the baseboards one example. Overpaint on hardware and flooring. The upgraded cabinets needs work, still after 60 days. The willingness of the staff to continue to work with me and fix things around the house has brought some ease. Finally, the house was not thoroughly cleaned before receiving. In my mind, I cannot understand the reasoning of building a house and not doing a finish cleanse after all work is performed. These house are built fast, so with all the workers it is probably a bit like herding cats. Still presentation is like first impressions. There is only one time to impress. In other words the closing date was pushed to fast by the builder. Overall, I am glad that I purchased here at KBHomes. ... More

Brent is the Superintendent for KB Homes. He went above and beyond for us. We would buy another house from KB because of Brent.

Our home buying experience has been good overall. A few minor problems have occurred and KB has been responsive in solving them.

The wall material is very cheap, any little bump and it scratches the paint off. Should use higher quality paint please. The rest of the house is good.

The people we have worked with have been fantastic. The house was an inventory home, and will be more difficult to make for our lifestyle. Bathrooms without storage is something we haven’t seen. There are some details that need attention. But we have had nothing but great support from Karen and Brent. They are an asset to your company. I briefly spoke with Chris, our KB Home Warranty professional and look forward to talking to him again as time moves on. I called Whirlpool to schedule a repair but the wait time was 90 minutes last night (20 January at 6pm). That seems excessive

It was pretty easy on picking out a style house I liked

We purchased a new home that was already planned, so didn't have the opportunity to visit the design center. However, the home was well planned and had a nice package of upgrades. Since moving in the team has been very responsive to any repairs needed. The sales team was responsive as well. Based on KB's reputation and current responses, I have peace of mind for the future.

Good price on new construction homes.
