So as far as quality of materials and workmanship the only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of five is for three reasons. I really wish you had an upgrade option for sheathing to be real osb (t-ply was used). I am a builder I know it would be very easy to cut a hole in hardie and get into an unoccupied house. The second would be the paint. Painters are one of the hardest trades to get right imo. Runs, holidays, and drips happen I get it double checking these is extremely important and correcting them as well. The third would be drywall. I am just getting use to the knockdown drywall that is so prevalent in texas offer a level 4 drywall as an upgrade option. It makes all the hard work show in your homes. Our superintendent was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to make sure my family and I were satisfied. Caesar did a great job accommodating me and I will definitely refer my friends and family to you guys from now on. Amie was great she absolutely made sure through the whole process we were updated and informed she is a valued assets to your company. I had the most amazing experience!

They have an exceptional team. The value of customer satisfaction is felt from all areas. From you first walked in, to financing, through the construction process, design studio and the after move in follow up. They are truly wanting to make sure you are satisfied. Sure you will find small things in a brand new house that would bother you, but bring that to your KB Home team and they will make sure it is addressed. Thank you Carina, Vanessa, Junior, Evelia, Justin and the rest of the team not mentioned. You are an awesome team.

Great overall process ver beautiful home and love the area

I think all teams productivity and the ability to meet deadlines was excellent! My overall experience through the whole process was great. Chris and his team they went above my expectations, based on each team performance. We definitely would recommend KBhomes for all first time homebuyer.

I feel that good quality materials were used ...I.e. appliances, plumbing and faucets, hvc I do feel that the lock on the screen door to patio is inferior and low quality. Would like to see it replaced as it does not lock.

It was a very simple and pleasant experience

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

Being that it was our first home we were nervous and hesitant about making this big life choice hut everyone at Kb was very kind, helpful and understanding to our needs. Would definitely recommend to others. I think that you get your monies worth in quality and craftsmanship.
