Great experience.

Overall it was a good experience

This is my first time ever buying a home. And everyone on the KB Homes team kept me in the loop of every information I need to know. So I had a very great experience with them. Home loan experience through KB Homes was so much easier and smoother than the previous loan officer I had. Glad I bought a home without no trouble.

BUILDER MET OUR NEEDS EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED

While the buying experience was great, the sales representative was phenomenal. The design center was great, and the job supervisor was easy to work with, one part of the KB experience stood out. That was the inflexibility of KB. Once you had locked in the house, even months prior to permits, being pulled, there was no flexibility in any changes. Early on, my wife and I decided we wanted to change our flooring from carpets in the bedrooms to the same laminate we had placed through the rest of the house. This was before permits had even been pulled for the house. It was a simple interior materials exchange. This was denied. No rational explanation was given. The answer on any request KB during the build process was simply, sorry we won’t make any changes. Very frustrating when you’re more than willing to pay for the small changes that you were looking for. I was told repeatedly that I was building a “personalized home“ and the only chance I had to personalize it was during the design process. That itself is frustrating to someone who has built several homes. Other than that small thing, KB was great to work with and the end of product was a great value. Our hime buying experience with KB Homes is very smooth and stress free. We were able to purchase our first home with the help of our amazing KB Homes sales agent Ben R. and KB Homes Loans agent John F. They provided excellent service and they made home buying easy and stress free for us.

Everything is on point. Great all around. Joey building manager is the best ever. The wet floor included vinyl roll out is the worse flooring I have ever seen. I rather have carpet in kitchen, dining room. Can i get that switched?

Excellent services very happy whit customer service

I want to send a shout out to Hope and Heather for assisting me and helping me accomplish my goal. They were 110% supportive always took my phone calls and coached me with really good advice for the first time. I actually felt like somebody was on my team and it feels really good when you’re going through the process of purchasing a home thank you Heather and Hope, you guys are amazing. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

The construction process was very fast and well-organized. I had excellent communication with the superintendent, and the salesperson oversaw every step of the process—including the mortgage and the design studio selections.

Our entire home purchase was very enjoyable with the KB Home staff, all and everyone that we dealt with, especially Lemont who took care of us start to finish, even coming to the head office to ensure everything was all set for the final closing.

Great service and staff in this area

The overall process was great. I'd do it all over again. I don't have any regrets building a home with KB HOMES.
