We feel like we are on a vacation everyday living here!

I'm not happy about how much pressure on my getting in the home and the fact kb home's refuse to work with my realtor giving myself and her a very difficult time and most of the time I was asked for the same thing over and over again and I was rushed to get into the home,kb home's wouldn't wait until the sale of my other home, and the first construction manager was doing a good job sad to see him go

Last Sunday for the first time we were going to use the washer and is not working. It doesn't start.

Overall, I had a positive experience with KB Home. The team was very accommodating, responsive, and professional throughout the process. They showed a genuine effort to understand and meet customer needs, and their follow-up and communication were consistent and reliable. The quality of materials used in the home itself is solid, and it’s clear they value good workmanship. However, I did feel the process was a bit rushed at times, with pressure to stick to tight timelines. It would have been helpful to have more flexibility to carefully consider decisions along the way. Also, while many options were great, some upgrades felt lower in quality than expected, so I recommend choosing upgrades thoughtfully and asking detailed questions before committing. We are enjoying our new KB home. Brad, the sales consultant, was phenomenal. He was very educated in KB homes. He kept us informed, and helped in the home buying process and any concerns we had, he got them fixed quick. The home looks beautiful. Chris, the superintendent, was very nice and built a wonderful home. He was attentive to any questions we had. The only negative we had was the design selection experience, but when I told them my concerns, they were very speedy on resolving the issues. After her resolution, I have been happy with the overall design. Our customer service consultant Heather was wonderful. She helped us learn about the home and all its features. Alvaro was the Construction Super for my home in Shoreline Park. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He thoroughly explained each step of the construction process to ensure I understood. He was very responsive to my calls and emails. Alvaro was also proactive in letting me know about any delays (some issues beyond the control of KB Homes) so I could take appropriate measures to minimize impact to scheduling for close and moving. I felt well informed through the whole construction period. KB honored their comitents related to appraisal values and financing incentives to ensure I was getting maximum value for my home purchase. Buying a home was a good experience overall. Although there was some confusion at the beginning—especially around the sale process—the team eventually handled things well. The loan department and customer service other departments were helpful, and they worked to clear up the issues. In the end, they made the overall experience pretty smooth and positive.

It was a bit of a process, but both Janice and Trevor were great and very helpful in dealing with the stresses of purchasing the new home. Highly recommended.

It was quite easy and speedy. My own challenge was that they had to change loan officer 3 times during my process. After the change I had to resubmit every document which was stressful for me.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. This was not my fist KB home and we would absolutely recommend KB to potential home buyers. There were a few discrepancies with the build, but when conducting the walk-through, the builder recognized the mistakes and immediately corrected them. We felt included throughout the build process and reassured everything would be the way we designed.

Bobby was my contractor on my new home build and he made the process seem so smooth and easy to get through. Consistently updating me and answering any questions or concern I had. KB homes price point is very reasonable for the products and quality of material that the offer and I am please to have purchased my home with KB.

The loan experience was somewhat rough. I felt like I could not get straight answer from the KB Home loan department. My date kept being pushed out which was a pain. The customer service from the sales, design customer care was fantastic and Chad still keeps in touch.

Buying a new home that is brand new, was a great experience. We had the opportunity to upgrade a few options, the builders were generous in delivering a few of those wants. overall, very pleased and will definitely let others know.

KB Home team have fixed all the issues reported in a quick and promptly manner .

We had a couple water leak issues but the KB warranty staff and contractors were all very responsive in resolving the issues. Would recommend each new home has a 'deep cleaning' prior to new owner arrival as our home was dusty and floors not clean. Overall, i would have KB build another home for us. Sales staff and contractor were both very good!

Experience has been better than expected, the responsiveness for repairs has been amazing! Go candy! Ioana was amazing and super responsive with any questions and concerns. Overall i would buy another Kb home

KB Homes have done a very good job with the homebuying process! I am very pleased with the purchase of the new home at Kay Manor Trails in Katy, TX. KB Homes was helpful and insightful in ensuring I was getting the best from them. Thanks KB Homes.

Sales person Gabby was great, as well as the closing staff at the closing offices. The last construction manager we dealt during the final days of construction was also very helpful.

Home was built with affordability, smart home design. the only drawback as some members what the rating to be a PERFECT score but the house was near perfect but not ABSOLUTE perfection.

Superintendent, Ian, no question the very BEST in class. Home studio consultant, Dixie - FANTASTIC. Home sales reps: Marshall and Jan B, top notch as well. Stay on top of the KB Loan team amd question everything they do and keep all your correspondence with them...watch out for duplicate requests

Very helpful until you close. Then they ghost you

Winn & Juan V were fantastic! Easy buying process through Winn. Juan made sure the build was completed correctly and on time! Both men were extremely professional. Only issue we ran into was with funding... I would advise using an outside lender instead of KB (sorry not sorry).

We are enjoying our first new home.
