Overall, it was great experience! Kathryn did an amazing job from day one. Jesse was great explaining things within the home where things were located down to the warranty's. I would recommend KB and I would buy another investment property with KB which I will more than likely be doing.

From beginning to end, it was a responsive experience, sales counselor, Ramon, superintendent, Brady and Tony, Kerlyn (customer service); warranty folks, and financial group, Eva and Roxanne. KB contractors and subcontractors all moved timely to take care of any needs and concerns once I moved into my home. KB offers beautiful home layouts and the extras to make your home feel more and more designed by you. I highly recommend them. It does feel like family experience during and after :)

My home was ready 1 month before our original move it date. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase and appreciate that it was completed sooner than promised.

We are very happy with our construction superintendent. He is very polite and always response our questions and resolve our issues. KB Homes has the best superintendent. Richard Fisher is an excellent customer service too. Congratulations KB Homes you have a very good superintendent.

We've had minor issues that came up with paint, door knobs, cabinets, closets, windows, cracks in stucco and outside fence. So far everyone associate with KB Homes has been great in responding and fixing the issues we've encountered. Joe, Don Carlo, Armando and the rest of the staff(sorry forgot names) have been great. They all respond right away. Thank you.

Overall it was a good experience

This is my first time ever buying a home. And everyone on the KB Homes team kept me in the loop of every information I need to know. So I had a very great experience with them. Home loan experience through KB Homes was so much easier and smoother than the previous loan officer I had. Glad I bought a home without no trouble.
