Overall the process of buying the house was smooth, material in the house are better than other builders. We love ours house.

After the closing i found some issues and contacted the warranty service department. Greg was very responsive and he immediately come and check the issues and resolve it. Really appreciated the excellent service.

The process was ok. The homes are builder grade nice, but can really be outstanding if you upgrade certain things. The staff is nice. Everyone is kind and friendly….understanding and patient. A good company to work with. The made a first time home buying experience go smooth.

Communication in the beginning could have been a little better, however, overall I feel I made a good decision. I love my new home.

KB Homes has been diligent to respond to the items found by my home inspector. They did not argue about any of the findings. I agree with the appraiser that this home is of average build in quality. My loan officer and project manager have always been available to address my needs. They represent KB Homes very well.

Daniel was very helpful and responded to my questions and inquiries.

Terry has been very responsive to our requests for assistance and has answered all our questions adequately.

Overall experience was good. Build quality of the homes are good. Builder can improve to provide more customizations and latest options (modern)

Overall great experience for first time home buyer

Day 1 to after buying home All the team members are approachable Thomas, Susan great team

They have done a great job at working with my husband and I and our schedules.

Things happened after we moved in 2 weeks. 1. My garage floor concrete is cracking. 2. The sides of the windows have cracked. 3. The sprinkler system is running irregularly. I have reported these issues to customer service but nothing has been resolved.

We love many things about the home. It is very efficient with energy and water and is very easy to clean and maintain.

A pleasant experience was ruined by the closing company. I don't understand why we had to drive to tucson with funds when there are soo many title companies nearby. It took 24 hours after the check was delivered to actual closing. I was not told the closing date until it was too late to do electronic transfer of funds.

Good service and very attentive

My journey went smooth , The whole team were supportive and responsive at every step, The sales agent was amazing who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, The only thing I would say is that quality needs to beimproved a bit but still it's not that bad but can be improved, Remaining the whole journey as a first time home buyer was very positive.

Overall the home buying process was great. Any questions that we had were quickly answered and any concerns were addressed. Our advice for new home buyers would be to not be shy about reaching out with any questions and attend/schedule all non-mandatory meetings. Choosing our designs was harder than we anticipated, we would advise that you set aside time to review your options prior to your design studio appointment.

House came out great every body involved was great , only thing that could have been better is that the walls between the house’s should Have been painted.

KB loan rates are very high. Great customer service from buying and after moving in.

This is our first home, so we were initially nervous about where to look as we were looking for a new build. We were so lucky that our realtor introduced us to KB and this area (KB Liberty, Phoenix). I really like KB's lot size and their design utilization. From beginning to end, they made sure we understood each step, from salesperson to construction manager - they gave us weekly updates on the progress. They gave the house within the time frame, in fact, a little bit early, I would say. I feel like a few materials could be better, although they are basic. There are still some outside painting that need to be done, waiting to be contacted regarding that

The process in buying the house was fairly good. Once the sale closed the communication about issues with the house decreased. I feel like issues with the house are not being addressed. I have had reach out at least 3 time for specific issues and have gotten nothing accomplished.

Know what you want come in with a realtor to look at model homes
