I had a very good experience with KBHomes. All people working with KBHomes was wonderful to work with - Agent selling me the home, Construction Suoerintendant, Mortgage Loan Officers and team and after sale co tact’s.

If I was to build another house in another area I would definitely look to see if KB Homes was building in that area.

Fantastic team of Pros who communicate well and were able to give a homebuyer the attention needed during Covid. Although it took a little longer to get to the build, the home is worth the wait.

The home is very nice but I was disappointed because the bed rooms are very small considering the square footage of the home. I would have rather have a smaller backyard to much larger bedrooms. The masters suite is average and that should be the largest room in the home. One of the rooms is so small until I will have to use it as an office space.

Karen make you feel you are literally part of her family. Her knowledge and personal treatment made the while process the difference. Be ready for the underwriting process, is not an easygoing.
