Easy process, sales associate and superintendent very helpful

Tyler from the design studio was amazing! There were a few major things that really affected my rating. The first is when we toured the models with the sales rep we were lied to about included features. The second was they installed the wrong cabinets initially. We had to bring it to their attention because no one realized the mistake. The final thing was after doing the final walk through and marking the items that needed to be fixed we were promised they would be fixed by closing. Only half the items were corrected. Good for my family

Overall I am very happy with my new home. I had several issues prior to my closing date and with it being a tight time frame between closing and having to move out of my previous living situation I had to let some stuff go that was never fixed, being told it would get done in 1-6 weeks. I have been at my property for almost 2 months now with none of that stuff getting remedied, but once that gets done I will be a lot happier.

Great Customer Service from start to finish!

Sales and construction staff were friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with the final walk-through and resolution of any minor issues.

All of the people involved with the purchase, from the sales to the final inspection and walk through, have been there for us. After we moved into our beautiful home, the KB staff has been very responsive to any questions or problems.

Now that we are in the house we can see stuff that is not done right. We are going thru the warranty to fix our house

On your final walk through make sure everything is working & upgraded that you pay for But Kb homes Construction manager not take care of my driveway its not contructed well to hight to park car i am really not satisfied with my driveway

Working with KB Homes team was amazing

Buying a new home can be a scary thing. KB really goes out of their way to simplify and take the fear out of the purchasing process. The level of open communication between you the customer and the KB staff starting from Sales People through the entire home purchasing process down to the Superintendent of Construction during the entire construction. They sent weekly photos and updates during the build, so I wasn’t guessing what was being done. Now that I am moved in and have had a couple minor issues, the Customer Support Service for any warranty related fixes has been incredibly responsive and professional. Good workmanship with quality products. A good sound home

From start to finish, our experience has been amazing. Sherry and Annette have always been responsive to all of our questions and concerns, keeping us updated through every phase of the build. After moving we had a few issues that both assisted in getting a quick response. Josh also stepped in when it became urgent and I was in tears as I could not work (electrical and cable issue) as I work from home and lost a day and half of work. It was less time then the original quote of a weeks response time for repairs. Overall, I would recommend KB Homes and absolutely loved working with Sherry and Annette.
