Nicely built home, just a couple of design flaws, pertaining the kitchen light placement, the hallway light placement entering the home from the garage, no screen door for the patio and the driveway could be a little wider to accommodate two vehicles. In addition, the garbage and recycling cans need an area on the side of the house to be placed, most likely some type of cement platform.

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. Out of all the well known home builders out there, KB Homes offers extensive options for customization and upgrades for your home which means no two homes are truly the same. Great build plans as well. My only negative with workmanship and materials were primarily with the cabinet quality and installation and the work done to fix a patch after an HVAC installation that went very wrong. They were quick to remedy it but it's still not 100% and most likely will never be but it's pretty minor cosmetic wise at this point.

We cannot be happier with the home we purchased. There have been a few glitches, but they were quickly resolved and the contractors are consistently staying in touch with us to ensure that everything within our home is working correctly. The staff here in Fontana could not have been nicer or more attentive than they have been. There was only problems with the finance department, but everybody else was amazing to work with.

Very fast and easy process. Within a few weeks of putting down earnest money, we had our design appointment done and they had begun the building process. Within 8 months we were in our home. We have been here about 7 weeks now and we love it. Ken and Tricia are the absolute best and we are grateful for their help, constant picture updates, and more. Have already recommended KB Home to other friends in Las Vegas and Washington State. Thank you KB Home for making our first-time homebuying processing seamless, easy and exciting!!

Friendly, professional and responsive staff; especially Alma and Bobby amazing experience with both. On the lending side not so much with our loan officer there were times we had to leave multiple messages and it took days for us to hear from him, maybe he is overworked and needs an assistant or perhaps they need more loan officers to handle all of us home buyers in a more efficient and timely manner.

I loved working with KB... my only thing is that I was told there would be communication after I bought the house and closed. There has been none... not a big deal as I haven’t really needed anything but it was stressed that they would communicate after the process a lot so kind of strange!

The best part of KB Home is lots of customisation choices, of course it cost you a bit but the place you will live for a while is worth spending that money for the value added to your lifestyle; it varies person to person, however, I am enjoying it everyday. My overall experience is excellent!

the experience was great but the only thing I'm not happy with is that I can't fit 2 cars in the garage. I assumed that they were built big enough for 2.

Thanks to the staff at Bear Peak (Angelina, Rory, and Shawn), our buying experience was seemless. KB is fortuitous (that means lucky), to have them on their staff.

The entire process was really easy and people were there the answer questions the whole way through. We love our house and it was even finished a little early. There are a lot of things that need to be decided on early on, but there were people there to walk you through the process. I would have liked a few more customizations, but otherwise, near perfect experience.
