Kind attention all the time from all the areas involved

KB Leadership clearly just throws their customer facing reps to the wolves & leaves them hanging with little to no true managerial support. Its sad, its just hard to see the age old concept of a 'faceless corp.' at work... This company clearly cares about profits & investors far more then they could ever care about the person that is spending their life savings on their product? Too bad, they could be such a better company if they just tried to listen & understand their customers concerns...

Loved the entire KB team

Sales are great, a lot of honest suggestions, very responsive too. Construction supervisors are very responsive. But I guess the covid and logistics made things a lot difficult, many jobs were done in a rush, some problems still waiting to be fixed.

The quality of work from building the home to the excellent customer service provided by all sales, the kb home studios, to the contractors. Extremely happy and satisfied with the end results of my home.

Good overall. A little slow in response. The standard is low, have to add more options and the option costs are higher than expected.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with all the KB staff. They assisted us with everything we needed and went far and beyond so that we could get our dream home. Customer service is their top priority

This is the second home I’ve had built by KB Homes and both times the experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to build a new home should explore using KB Homes.

Great experience with KB Home

It’s been almost two months and things are still not completed. This was not a good experience, I really have nothing. Ice to day so I won’t say anything.

My advise for new home buyers to check first with KB Home. The price ,service and quality of new homes are very good. KB Home team is excellent and friendly to work with. My next home will be again with KB Home. Thank You Peter

Everyone was great and very informative, with the exception of Bobby in your loan office. Bobby was just bad at every aspect of his job.

Great experience from start to finish..From start to finish the entire process was smooth and full of communication. I was very involved in the process, and when I had a question or issue, it was answered in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience and happy with my home. And also I would like to thanks to one of the agent from KBhomes Galo for keeping me updates while my house is building.

My Experience with my builder was bad he did not keep us update on a home never pick up the phone and did not do what he told us he was going to do

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

Finishing not very well

the entire process from start to finish was extremely easy, the representatives and everyone involved made this home buying process easy. the quality of our home is excellent, no major issues in the home, the KB home team responds to us quickly when something arises or even if its just to check up to see how things are going. The home warranty is great its like no other we were glad they offered that when purchasing our forever home.

KB worked hard to deliver a quality house within reasonable timeframe but supply chain issues and labor has certainly impacted them. Upgrades were reasonable although I’m disappointed in cabinets. After sale response is good.

Buying from KB was a great experience. Very responsive at every step of the build process. Design studio was very fun.

Provided great service throughout with updates on everything they did!

The kitchen cabinet (style and color) selection was not to our liking. There was very limited choice. In the end, we had to repaint the whole cabinetry. Also within month of moving-in, one of the cabinet drawers door fell down - poor quality and materials.

The sales department pressured the construction team to meet an end of quarter deadline to boost their sales for the quarter. We closed on 8/31/21. THE HOUSE WAS NOT COMPLETED!!! There were major punch items like large holes (12'x9") cut into the wall to access the HVAC unit that was not repaired, cabinets were still being completed while we were waiting for utility companies days after closing. Home was "cleaned" before home was "complete" leaving grit and dust all over the floors and countertops and plenty of dirt on the carpets. The communication from the mortgage representative was non-existent. We dealt mainly with his assistant who repetitively asked for the same information over and over. I had to call the mortgage broker inside our 30 day window from closing about our 30 day rate lock, he never tried to reach us. ... More
