Whether It it is my ever home or not I felt that I cannot go wrong with putting some technology touch up to the house as well. I am currently enjoying this new house if my dream

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

I received my home as what I expected and thanks.

From the sales staff, to the people helping to get our house perfect, the experience has been great. Like any new home, there were items that needed to be fixed. The KB team was responsive and brought everything up to our expectations. My only issue was with the tech sub contractor, they left a cat5 wire with no connector.

We have already encountered multiple issues and if it weren’t for KB’s great customer service we would be leaving a worse review.

4.5 stars. Subcontractors should be supervised more, just giving them notes on the upgrades failed several times.

Satisfield by the process from sign in agreement to closing, people helped with the process whenever necessary.

Experience was easy and the people were extremely helpful except for the lending experience.

The home buying experience was great at all levels. The only complaint I have was with the design studio. There was too much back and forth about what was or wasn't available for our home. This was particularly messy when trying to put the kitchen appliance package together.

We had an excellent experience with sales and project management. Tim our sales rep was professional, easy to work with, responsive and got us into a great lot and house in the timeline we needed. Very knowledgeable. Our project manager Kaisee was a pleasure to work with him. He explained the process and timeline. He sent us weekly pictures and updates. We are very happy with the community and its features. We love our new home.

People were either 100% amazing or 100% not helpful, caused issues and just plain didn’t care.

The materials selection is important because the home buyer is able to choose what kind of product she needs. For example the the second bathtub in my home is cheap and small. It is difficult for any person to take a shower in that bathtub because it really small and uncomfortable.

Overall good experience buying our new home. Al has been great with making sure any issues were resolved and addressed quickly.

It took time to finished the house. (Signed the contract April 2022 and closed June 30, 2023). I was told that someone will come or call to follow up 30 days after I occupied the property. So far nobody showed up and got no phone call. I emailed the warranty services but got no response yet. Overall though I like KB homes, you can personalize your own design along with their own design team.

The overall home-buying experience with the financial portion was awful. Had to send it my documents multiple times and not much communication then to pass us to another lender. Rick with construction has made this process great. He responds to any new issues that we have with the hike of the house. The overall price of the house would of been fine if a fence was added. Fencing needs to be added to the property for it to be perfect

Very good experience in some aspect of the construction, design and quality of the materials used.

Communication is lacking in my opinion. Lots of last minute things causing more stress. Construction did a great job and communication was good with them. They were on top of getting repairs scheduled timely. Getting the home move in ready inside and out was not completed to my satisfaction. It could have been mowed and cleaned up better.

Fantastic experience during the purchasing phase and the project engineer primary point of contact is excellent in assisting to take care of any concerns or questions during the walk-thru and move in periods. However, there have been a few items that have needed attention post-move in but the process for resolution is smooth and prompt. There are a few concerns about quality in materials used especially the interior paint which may require additional expense to repaint with a product that can be wiped down without exposing the underlying drywall. I would like to have seen a bit more space allocated to the extra bedrooms for my particular floor plan, even if it means making the great room/living room a bit smaller. Getting requests processed through the current KB Home contracted Home Owners Association (HOA) has been a more of a challenge than it should be. I like my new home and neighborhood.

The overall experience was great. Just not much communication from the Loan portion of KB. I ended up using another lender, but I got the house I created which made me happy!

This was not our first rodeo. This was our third home and we knew exactly what we wanted and knew how the process should work. The process with KB home and its employees was fine. A few things here and there could’ve been improved upon, like clear, timely and concise communication, but we handled it as best we could. However KBHS home loans was a nightmare. We dealt with unprofessionalism when we were called by a seemingly intoxicated agent at 9:30pm on a Sunday. Then we got a new agent who was much better than the first, but still couldn’t answer our questions which lead us to making four different trips to the bank to get a Gift Letter four different ways because every time we were told it was okay, then for it to come back and us be told it needed something else. Even the bank was blown away and said they’d never had so many issues doing a Gift Letter in the past. It was such a mess and really made our experience negative at the end when we should’ve been the most excited. The house is gorgeous, not sure of the quality of the materials and of course everything in the design center is way overpriced, but there are options for all budgets which we thought was really nice. We hate that there is an HOA that seems very overbearing at this point. One lady in the neighborhood said when she was buying, they told her there was no HOA, then once she was in, one was formed. Make sure you know for sure or get something in writing if that’s important to you. All in all, every neighborhood has positives and negatives, you just have to do your research and decide if the negatives are something you can live with.
