Missed closing date, large number of outstanding issues after closing

I had a great experience going through the home buying process with KB Homes. I just bought my first home so there were plenty of questions for the entire process. The reps from KB Homes were very informative and helpful. They were their every step of the way in assisting my fiancee and I with the home purchasing process. We really appreciate the lengths they went through to make the process as easy and understandable as possible.

We overall had a very good experience with the process, Becky and Rob were absolutely great with regular calls every week for updates and answering all questions and concerns we had.

The process went great and they have continued to answer and fix any concerns that I have had.

From start to finish KB reps were available to address questions and concerns. They checked in regularly with you by sending pictures of the house building process as well as texts and phone calls.

With KB home, you pick your home site, the home you want & EVERYTHING on the inside! So you KNOW you will love your home!

It was an incredible experience witnessing the house being built. I highly recommend KB Home if you are looking for an experiential journey to building a home! The team is amazing to work with. KB Home is in the business of building relationships before building homes:-)

Good price, bad workmanship & materials

We've had a few problems. 1: heater was never hooked up properly. 2. Whole house fan stopped working after trying to turn it on once. 3. Communication to customer was lacking or non-existent. 4. Brand new countertops were faulty and had to all be replaced. Communication to Construction crew on behalf of Customer was lacking or non-existent. All our problems were eventually fixed, but they really were fixed thanks to construction crew because KB themselves did not communicate to construction crew or customer very well. We had to replace the brand new countertops after weeks of asking for repair or fix. Then when the "fix" was approved, we were only contacted by countertop company, NOT KB homes. Attempt to replace the countertops was never conevyed to Construction crew on site (who needed to be a part of any touchups afterwards and before repairs, unhook sinks and remove stove) Construction crew once again saved the day. They were very good at communicating and helping get all things in order while KB did not communicate with them or us. KB has left a bad taste in my mouth as a new build home buyer. Had a great experience with our KB home build. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Amanda was amazing start to finish. Jesse was super helpful and gave great tips and advice.

We searched a few other companies while house hunting and none were as willing to work with you and had ready availability like KB was. This was actually our second KB home experience. We really enjoyed the variety of options available in building our homes. Gives a personal touch, not all houses are exactly the same. Throughout the process we received updates and pictures of our house, which was exciting. Since we have moved in, all our questions have been addressed with quick responses. Would highly recommend KB Homes.

Great experience from start to finish..From start to finish the entire process was smooth and full of communication. I was very involved in the process, and when I had a question or issue, it was answered in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience and happy with my home.
