Thus far we are very happy with our purchase. Great neighborhood, great house , and the few minor issues we've found have been addressed with urgency. Our only complaint would be in some materials used, particularly the quality of grass used. Overall, moving into a KB home seems to have been the best choice for us!

The builder was really informative on the process and kept us up to date on any delays. He also responded timely to questions we had making this an overall good experience

Miss Elaine is the best!! She made the whole experience a positive one. Even when I would get frazzled she always knew how to keep me positive and keep moving forward. It was so much fun getting to design the house and watch it build. I would recommend KB to anyone and everyone. We looked around at several other builders before choosing KB and I’m glad we did.

There are always horror stories you hear about new home builders and owners who are unhappy with their new home. Our story is NOT one of those stories. Ours was a great story, a pleasant story, a great home, and continues to be to this day. From the design studio, to KB Home Loans, to now living and loving our home - KB Home has be a surprise in the many things they have done for us and our home. The little things in the home that take a lot of the worry out home ownership. Lots of included items that you might take for granted are there so we dont have to worry about them. Sure, it's not 100% perfect - there are a few very minor things I might have liked to seen done differently. But I tell you it is pretty darn close to perfect. Every staff members, from construction to sales and loan services, were extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. Their professionalism and knowledge were very helpful.

KB Home did a great job working with us and helping us even after we moved into the home. Their process was easy to use and they were usually quick to respond to issues we have.

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

Whenever we had any issues it was addressed quickly. Due to our personal situation all of the staff were very kind and patience with alot of understanding.

KB Homes the developer always was and continues to be professional and quick to respond to issues. Although we had some delays/issues with KBHS I don’t have anything negative to say about KB Homes and the building crew. I do believe the quality of paint used for internal paint was below average and the quality of wood with fence boards was just OK. Not to say I didn’t get what I paid for I just expected something a little bit better. Overall I am very pleased with my new home and look forward to growing and raising my family here.

Do you homework before going to the design studio. It's really too much for one day. After you get about half way through the choices you are exhausted. You just want to get it over with and you make mistakes.

You can always discuss your opinions and suggestions and you will always get frank and honest answers and receive a satisfactory solution to your concerns.

Best experience I’ve ever had

We're still familiarizing ourselves with everything in our home. We only have an issue with towel bars and grab bars in the shower. Very cheaply made and grab bars are tarnished already. Originally we didn't want them installed so we could purchase our own. They insisted on installing them. When we have nice Moen faucets with a lifetime guarantee on the finish, why cheap out on the accessories. That said, it's somewhat of a minor thing and we are very happy with our home.

All and all a very good experience building a KB home. The only disappointment was if you finance through KB, they do not offer a bi-monthly payment feature.

Gena R made the home buying experience from KB Home very pleasant and memorable. She assisted us from the time we toured the model home to the handling of the keys after we close. She continued to send us weekly updates (with photos), and responding to every one of our numerous questions promptly.
