Good experience with KB Home Builder.

We were looking for a single-story home to retire in. We found this development and were impressed with the models. The sales team and construction supervisor invited us to take an active part in the process of home construction. We had weekly and bi-weekly meetings and did a weekly walk-through and inspection of our new homes progress. The final orientation to the features and systems was friendly and thorough. It was a wonderful experience that we never had with our other new homes.

Over all great home and frienly staff. Need to take more time in bulding home making sure all is complete..

Awesome homebuilding experience. KB was very informative every step of the way. I think our favorite part was designing our home in their design center!

We are satisfied with our KB home purchase. The only complaint is the KBHS lender - they were not worth the incentives offered and we utilized an outside lender instead. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.

I loved my home buying experience with KB, right from Sales to Design Center to Construction updates and closing, everything was seamless and meticulous. It is well worth the investment. The only recommendation I have is to match the home price with current market price and the price of similar homes being sold in the community

they need to get a good salesman like i did that knows what everything is ivan was great paul took care of anything i ask about very knowledgeable on what he does and he listens to what you want done and takes care of it
