It was pretty easy on picking out a style house I liked

Great experience with KB Homes, Julie and Kevin! Julie provided personalized service & Kevin very responsive to checklist and quality assurance.

My wife and I have had an amazing experience buying a home through KB! From the sales agents to the superintendents, everyone has been quick to respond, easy to collaborate with and responsive to any issues during and after construction. They really want to make their customers happy versus other companies that just want to sell you their package. KB also offers a design studio which is falling out of fashion. So, being able to pick a lot, design a house and see the finished product has been a once in a lifetime experience and we loved every minute of it! We would definitely buy from KB again.

The process from buying to building to warranty work has been nothing short of amazing. Goran, Tony, and Sebastian have made it beyond a great experience. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever. Shane

We have a great experience with buying a KB home, special with sales and loan officer, they were super professional and proactive and guided us through our dream, don't have any major complaints about it, and have basically same small issues as everyone has when buy a new house built from somebody else, but in overall we are pretty much satisfied what we choose and that's most important! Family happy life happy! !

Jai was the best sales person ever. Even this this was the first time it was a easy and great experience. I was included in the process every step of the way. Brandon the construction superintendent was amazing as well !! I would not have chosen a different team to help me.

They do a terrible job they only do things halfway and they smile in your face saying there gonna get it taken care of but they don’t. You find anything wrong with your house they don’t fix it. When I say they do jobs halfway I mean it,when you ask them to fix something they fix it but it’s a terrible fix or it’s not painted and just the mud on the wall no paint etc. I’ve told them about multiple things I wanted changed while in the building process. But they said they were going to fix it but they actually never did. The customer service sucks. Not to mention you have to say things like 50 times for them to even do it. And the worst part is they have you go sign the title and pay your down payment before you get your final walk-through of the house of the things that were supposed to be fixed I will never buy another KB Home. ... We purchased a new home that was already planned, so didn't have the opportunity to visit the design center. However, the home was well planned and had a nice package of upgrades. Since moving in the team has been very responsive to any repairs needed. The sales team was responsive as well. Based on KB's reputation and current responses, I have peace of mind for the future.

Angelica helped me tremendously picking out which model house fits for me and my family. Mark and Joe are the construction managers they’re awesome and very helpful. Thanks guys!

Dave was great & very informative. My wife & I are first time homebuyers & Dave was patient & answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. Home was purchased as is & KB home was able to get us closed within 4 weeks! A minor issue arose in my garage & KB was quick to respond back to me with a solution. Great communication with home owners & are living up to their reputation

Good price on new construction homes.

Everyone I worked were very professional and listened to my concerns. The few things that needed attention were promptly remedied and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Overall experience had been excellent, Hoa had been difficult on fence approval process back and forth sending same documents over and over. Having a terrible experience at this moment. Hardly no response and lack of communication.

We purchased a KB home starting in July. From pouring the foundation to the final walk-through, all the KB staff were awesome! They listened to our needs/concerns and quickly worked as a team to make it a great home! The sales team is so nice and genuine. The construction team kept us updated every step of the way. The mortgage team was phenomenal. They communicated well and even researched to get the best deal. KB has an outstanding customer service team. Any questions or needs are immediately followed up on. We love our home and are so grateful we found this KB community!

My overall experience with KB Homes was nothing but great they really helped me get my home. Dior Patterson was there every step of the way. When I felt all hope was lost, she remained positive and kept me going. I can't thank her enough!

My home backyard drainage system is not properly installed by KB Home Builder. When it is raining weather conditions the lawn grasses is waterlogged and not draining. My home Backyard is a total Disgrace to KB Homes Builder during raining weather conditions. People cannot hangout in this Backyard. My investment to this home is a waste of money.
