We love our new home, quality of materials need to improve however, the house is beautiful!!

FROM SALES TO AFTER-MOVE-IN MAINTENANCE, ALL STAFF/PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE. THEY PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. THEY TRIED TO MAINTAIN GREAT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It’s an excellent starter home

I purchased a starter home so it won’t be the latest and greatest but the home itself is awesome. The people you work with to get your home are extremely accommodating and accessible throughout most hours of the day. I will say, Anthony and Mechelle are phenomenal to work with and can provide you with an easy and smooth experience. Anthony especially is awesome to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your new home and to fix anything that was previously missed. OVERALL NO COMPLAINTS. IT WAS A PRETTY PAINLESS PROCESS.

I love my new home, but there are things that I wish could be changed. I think going to the design center is too early in the building process. Also, there should be more time between the first and second visit, in case you want to change your mind. Also, there should be more options where it comes to the kitchen design. I am very pleased with all the staff I have dealt with, I have had quick response to all my questions and issues.

The sales team including Ryan was very helpful in giving us truthful information about the community, home, and KB in general. Brooke helped us zero in on our loan and Jorge was the go-to for construction.

First time homeowner, great experience. Answered and solved all my questions and concerns.

Having issues with stove; it do not work. I tried to use the oven for the first time on thanksgiving and the whole stove shutdown and stopped working. Whirlpool not much help and KB liaison no andwer

All the team members are great and respectful, they made entire process easy and interesting, they were updating the progress throughout and responding in a timely manner. I am enjoying the house

Our Sales counselor was awesome and on top of everything! Over all the quality of the home is good. We have some issues with paint,Trim, and caulking on your kitchen island and closet shelves, But a major problem which was our toilet was fixed immediately! All the problems we currently have our minor and can get fixed near the year mark! We got a great price on our home compared to other builder competitors. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend KB homes! No other home builders give a good price on a home compared to them and you get two years of customer service for any issues.

Over all everything has been good

Overall a good experience! Some bumps along the way, but it was mostly expected. People at the sales office tired hard to be helpful, but there are a few miscommunications and mistakes which took a lot of time to correct. On the other hand, KB home offers a good value for homebuyers with a lot of basic amenities included in the price, especially if you are a first time home owner.

I went , I saw and I conquered , Initially it seemed unapproachable due to wrong information I got from people about KB homes but I took courage with the help of wonderful staff there who made the search much easier for me, they respectfully explained every question i had. Am impressed, i urge you to give it a trial too.

We love our new home. The team has been prompt to take care of some small issues.
