It's not good. Everything come very slow. Bad service

KB Home is amazing! From the start to end, it was a great experience. Very good builder from Sales till Warranty Support. I highly recommend KB Home. As a first home buyer, KB Home will be always in my heart.

We are so happy in our new home. From start to finish everyone was accommodating and pleasant to work with. We love our new home and the options that were offered as well as the layout of our new home were just what we were looking for.

They were not truthful about the move in date and kept pushing back the date. The quality of the home is not worth the price I paid. There are a lot of defects in the home that needs to be repaired.

Amazing! Everyone was so nice throughout the process.

They were very communicative and available to answer questions, etc.

Attention to Detail was not very good at all! Response time to issues that were supposed to be addressed before move in were not completed and had to constantly call and get the same run around.

Amazing experience all around. From Kapila to Doug, Chuck and Don, they have truly been a blessing to me and my family and we are over the moon excited with our first home!

Overall I cannot complain, my home is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Pros: beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, nice price and great location Cons: During the process was promised weekly updates from Frank in the beginning. Communication with him was very difficult and far from weekly. After the build there has been several issues that need to be fixed my weeks have been filled with appointments and people come to do the same thing or put a bandaid on an issue. Example, all doors in my home need to be replaced and someone has come to take pictures 3 times and doesn’t seem to have communication of what the next step is. The workers are excellent in customer service but I’m frustrated I can’t fully move in because they haven’t fixed what should have never been broken. The warranty person is nice and responsive for the most part but I feel like slightly aggressive if I can’t answer a call right away. I work night shift so it’s difficult. KB was very responsive and thorough in their deployment of the home. After living here for a month, it looks and feels great; exactly what we wanted.

From sales, design studio, construction, loan company, and customer service, everything was top notch!

This whole home buying process through kb homes was ridiculous! This was by far the WORST homebuying experience ever! I have had 3 homes built, and we'll just say this pales by comparison!

As a first time homebuyer I’m extremely happy with my KB Home and the staff who helped make this possible!

The entire experience was/is horrible. From the start a salesperson giving wrong information about home options & solar programs, sales/customer service people not showing up to home walk through appointments, to multiple building delays. After a 11 month wait l moved in & it took five weeks to gain access to my mailbox. Not to mention, after two appraisals the house still came in almost $30k under the purchase price. Highly recommend using another builder.
