My experience with KB has been almost perfect. I absolutely love my home! That being said, as the days and weeks go by something pops up that needs correction. I’ll make 1 call or send 1 email to my CM or Sales manger and I’ll usually hear back from the trade by tbe end of the day. Home building is never a perfect process and I 100% get that! It’s nice to know I have a team like Carmelo & Robert behind me. I have 100% confidence that any and all minor issues will be corrected! I can’t say enough amazing things about Carmelo, Robert & the team behind them

The overall process was fairly painless and the staff was very responsive to my questions and needs.

We had a great experience with KB Home sales group and design. Throughout construction, they kept informing us about the progress on a weekly basis and few months prior to completing construction, KB Home loans and home insurance kept us aware of what’s coming up during the closing process. As far as the quality of workmanship and materials used versus the value of the price paid, we think that they could have done better using some more upgraded materials.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

I would recommend a KB Home.

My home buying experience was great! I had the privilege to work with Jaime and Edie. Both of them were great! They were always ready to answer my questions at anytime and provide support. I enjoyed working with them. They made purchasing my first house easier. Thank you!

The sales side and the site managers who you actually speak with are great. My only downside is now that I’m moved in, the rest of neighborhood still needs to be built and the guys building the houses don’t seem to care about blocking your driveway or a whole street so you can’t even get to your house. Situational awareness is not one of their strongest traits. They’ll sit in their car on their phones blocking a street and won’t notice you patiently waiting for them to move until you honk but then you get stared down for having the audacity of interrupting them blocking the street. I was satisfied with everything except few little things, house was not clean after we received the keys to the house plus some of the touch were not completed even after we requested the work orders

Attention to detail and excellent customer service, sales consultant very helpful and always available, construction foreman also very helpful and attentive to requests and respond timely. Overall good experience in shopping with KB homes. Looking forward to the follow up inspections over a period of time.

Needed better design on backsplash. Should have at least one safety handle in master tub since no stepin shower. One closet seems to have no purpose, no shelves, no rod??? Normal 84" drapes/ curtains don't fit?? Otherwise, very nice.

Buying prosess is smooth

The entire process was straightforward.

Westley was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and kind. Financial part was stressful but now it’s done and glad it’s over. The house overall is great. Love the layout and neighborhood. We are about 2 months into living in the house and still haven’t had some issues addressed that we’re acknowledged in walk through. Hoping to get them taken care of soon.
