Buying with kbhomes has been a very stressful experience. Wish it was easier since we purchased one of the most expensive house they built in this area and the most expensive in our community.

KB failed in my view in handling customer service in view of the pandemic and builder problems that ensued and affected the buyers. Employees in the field were left to handle questions/problems without support from management.

We moved with lot of expectations but it seems like expectations doesn’t work parallel with kb homes construction

All my issues were resolved on a timely manner. I feel like Kb really cares about their clients, from sales rep to customer service personel on site. So far all my issues have been resloved satisfactory.

We had exceptional guidance and continual, professional service and communication throughout the entire process. Our thanks to each one who assisted us with building our dram home! Would recommend KB Home to all!!

We had a smooth home buying experience with KBHome!

Given the Austin's crazy real estate market, KB did a good job with their pricing, as we had to wait 7 months for the delivery. They had good customer service and continuous updates, however, we had no possibility of changing anything in the house at all. The electric job was great. Lawns are terrible, seems like a tractor went through it and they didn't bother leveling it. Paint people are yet to make an appointment to fix the paint issues 2 months after closing. For the rest of the minor issues here and there their warranty team was awesome, they fixed it all very fast. I'd recommend them as long as you can select your Doors and make sure that the paint/woodmanship have been done properly. ... More

The entire KB team was very cooperative, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A few glitches in getting in because of the Covid virus, but that is not the builders fault. Timeline to close was moved at least three times and that cost me additional monies ~ to store my furniture. That basically is my only issue. Some of which was not the builders fault. Any structure issue are being addressed - minor trim work is being fixed. The value and property are exceptional. One criticism I would list is that the landscaping is almost identical for each house in this phase of the Verona development. Placement of the trees, bushes, and other plantings should have been more of a variety to make the community unique. Other than that, I highly recommend KB builders. ... More

Everyone was very helpful and made sure I was constantly communicated with updates. Very professional and friendly staff.

It has been such a pleasure working with KB Homes. To be able to build a home and deliver on the preferred date of choice in his housing market which has considerable supply chains delays was a huge achievement from the team. Special note of thanks to Tadeo and Brent for doing a wonderful job. Highly recommend them!!

Working with a good sales team and a Great Project manager (Kullen) will help with your home building experience, you want someone that will contact you on a weekly bases to give you an update on your home. Have a team that will understand how stressful this process will be, and they show you patience at all time.

Everyone kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We loved customizing everything through the design studio. And even after we moved in, KB checked in with us often to make sure we were happy with everything.

It has been long but over all I'm content. I just wish they responded faster to issues

To many issues with the house. From plumbing, bathrooms, kitchen ans the list keeps going on.

First time homebuyers. We designed the most beautiful home at a reasonable price. The process was friendly and we were kept informed every step of the build process. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with craftmanship (brickwork and cabinets had a few issues). Overall, great experience.

Kb homes build very good quality but affordable homes. Very happy with my new home.

Great responsiveness to all my questions, concerns, and any needed repairs by all KB Staff!
