Close to perfect but once we moved in the responsiveness to issues stop. I’ve never heard from the manager. Hire a 3rd party inspector before closing to get the import bigger stuff taking care of before moving in. Overall the staff I worked with on day to day are amazing. (Loan officer & sales are amazing)

We got caught up with pandemic issues e.g. manual labor, equipment supplies but all in all they did their best to make it work.

To start, KB was the only builder that didn't join the "bidding game" among all the builders out there. They went with "first come first serve", and I was able to sign up and start the home buying process immediately. Alex in the design studio is awesome! She made the entire design process so enjoyable. Our design appointment went over 3 hours and it felt like a breeze. Alex deserves a raise for sure. The construction process was overall good. There was a small hiccup toward the end, but the team was able to fix the issue rather swiftly. Sarah from the KB Home Loan team was also super helpful. She walked us through the loan process with knowledge and worked hard to give us the best rate and pricing possible. It's been a tough market, but the KB team helped us ease through the entire home buying process. I'm grateful. I'm not able to give much input on the house quality as of yet since I just moved in. I love our home and the construction team are all wonderful. The finance side of the entire experience was a miss...they can do better. But still overall a great purchase.

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

KB was very thorough throughout the entire process. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable despite building a home being completely new for us.

I love my house, and KB has been great at fixing any issues that arise

Overall good buying experience

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

The process was swift. The house is /material is good. I love the layout/designs. KB team responds timely. They guide me aling the way.

I have had a good home buying experience for my first time buying a home. Jaime has been great at fixing any issues that have come up or getting back to me in a timely manner.

We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come
