The communication and follow up is next to none!

The sales Bill and builder supervisor Carlos have been responsive in helping settle the issue however the works man-ship and customer service need to step up the effort. I have a window with defect was installed and I asked customer service to fix the issue, however, two months later, I do not have any one come and service the work order. On the other hand, the customer service did respond to clogged toilet. It was found that worker did not remove the pipe caps of the toilet and shower drains after tile installation(Works man ship issue). On works man ship, I have seen floor anchors and nails not driven onto the supporting beam. There are other issues which will be dealt with customer service later. ... More

Homes are nice for the most part. Be sure to do your research and stay on top of things along the way. Seems like there is too much pressure to give people there keys but not fix build issues right away, that shouldn't be there in the first place. Holding trades accountable would be a good start.

The staff is very responsive and very hands on about things. They will do their best to meet all your needs. Great sales consultants keeping you informed and up to date on progress!!!!

Great home buying experience overall

The KB realtor dropped the ball right before closing regarding the amount of money needed for closing.

Very friendly staff. Finish work was sloppy however and things seemed like they were rushed in the home. Overall we love our home! And the people involved were so helpful

Nice and smooth translation

If it was up to KB Homes we wouldn't be having this review, because they denied us. Thanks be to our God and his excellent greatness we went with another lender (Directions Home Loans) and got approved. We were advised that KB even questioned them for approving us. With the building my wife and I came by almost every weekend Saturday or Sunday after church or both. We watched houses being worked on and no one working on ours. We saw houses that came up after ours and get driveways poured before us. It seemed as if that didn't care or just get this over with type work ethic. We had a few projected move in dates but when we did get in the builder promised to make it all right and he has been true to his word. It's been over a month and every week contractors have been in and out repainting, replaced broke windows, realine crooked cabinets, repair damaged walls and door frames, fixtures etc.. Clean spills on carpet and floors, replace chipped and missing brick, waiting on back ordered parts... Things we picked out to go in the house; something's, what you see is not what you get! But they don't tell you until you question the builder where is this or that and they tell you it doesn't come like what they showed you. I bad part of it all is, this is suppose to be a exciting and joyous occacion, though they can't take away the joy and fact of God blessing us with the house, when I look at my wife's face and I don't see the glo, joy, excitement etc., but discuss, frustration, disappointment, that's what hurts the most! You have to expect delays, along the way. Kb does not rush or cut corners, they make sure every step is done correctly and by the book.

I had the painting problem before closing, they fixed it after 26 days. I wish they can fixed earlier. The people is great but the processing is bad.
