Some materials are not good and finishings we’re not done well in some places.

I closed on my house Nov 10, 2022. Turned in a issues list approx Nov 20, 2022 and it is Dec 27, 2022 and no call from service care department yet. I did have trouble with front doorknob and one bedroom doorknob and the construction lead came and repaired it (but it needed to be fixed again (on the list) but it's been so long a family member fit it.

I’ve been here 2 months and I’m still learning about the house. Overall they did a great job and I’m happy living in this development.

We felt supported from the moment we walked into the model home in our new KB Home community. Martin on the Sales team was wonderful at fielding all our questions or finding the answers if he didn’t have them himself. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unsure with some processes, but the entire KB team (sales, construction, design) guided us every step of the way. We’re so happy with our new home!

Very satisfactory after sales service

The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

First time home buyer with KB Homes. Good quality homes for the popular developing area. The responsiveness to issues needs some attention; especially when assigned to contractor for repairs.

Sales Brad, great to work with. Walkthrough, Ryan was excellent and really wanted to deliver the new home in perfect. Condition. Warranty, Heather was very responsive and helpful. Just about the only negatives were more related to the home plan and landscaping. 3 car garage is tiny, really a 2 1/2 car. Also. It's ridiculous not to have a side yard access door from the garage. I would have rather received a credit for landscaping rather than have the bare bones job as installed by the builder. We tore about half of the provided landscaping out. JODIE HILL SELLER AGENT IS VERY QUICK ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND SHE IS VERY NICE PERSON EASY TO DEAL WITH LEONARDO SUPERVISOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION HE IS EXCELLENT. HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Our sale rep was amazing. Our Warranty rep have been great. There have been a few minor issues with terminations on the house but our issues have been handle in a timely manner. We love our house

Since we closed on our home, at first response to our issues was very good. Now it has become slower and slower, lately my email has not been responded to.

Problems not fixed before closing Included failure to install the garage door opener inside the garage. One was installed approximately 30 days after closing. A crack in the cement pad on the driveway noted prior to closing and photographed. Still not fixed. Damage to siding in three places is still not fixed.
