All the process was great, the whole team was excellent specially Joey he is the best builder manager ever, very responsive, professional and very patient

We had a great experience with lots of options for upgrades. Process was very straight forward. House is beautiful and exactly the amount of space we need.

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. We worked with Carolina who was responsive, helpful and guided us through the entire home buying process. Blanca was also extremely helpful with our loan process. Luis explained everything and made sure repairs and appointments were done in a timely manner.

Overall good experience with KB Homes

I had a very positive experience with KB Homes. Scott and Josh were outstanding as my sales consultants. Scott was always very responsive in listening to my concerns and resolving any issues I had. Josh provided great updates on the construction and status of my house with great videos and pictures. Cole my project manager (with the construction) was just amazingly in responding to all my questions from the beginning of the process to the end. He still continues to be a valuable resource and helps me with anything I need from painting touch ups, replacing a broken drawers, etc. I also want to thank Debra with KB studios. My upgrades are perfect and came out better than expected. Thanks to her extraordinary patience and advice I was able to make all the right selections for the interior/exterior design of my house. ... More

The process was swift. The house is /material is good. I love the layout/designs. KB team responds timely. They guide me aling the way.

Ive had a decent amount of issues that were not completed before the closing and the team has been very helpful and communicates and responds quickly to messages.

KB made the experience great the entire time. They have the best sales team and customer service team even after you close. They also were willing to give us more credits towards closing than any other builder we dealt with and accepted a lower asking price than the listed price. Thanks KB

Working with KB Homes has been great, every step of the process has been made easier by helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Sales Office, the Design Center, and in the field. Some quality issues have shown up after move-in but the KB Team has continued their effort to get all the issues fixed as soon as they, or their contractors, can.

Everyone that have spoken to from KB has been truly wonderful to speak with. I haven’t have a single issue during the process. KB has truly made this a stress free experience.

Everything came together at the end. The design center was awesome. Our contacts Johnathan and Mike were both great to work with. We had good weekly updates on the progress. The list of things to correct is small but taking a while to get some of those items completed. Overall, a great experience.
