Very good communication with customers

KB Homes build a new home within the expected timeline ( Took 45 more than initial set expectation ), we felt that there are not many upgrade options for a few of the items like Carpet and few other items, Overall its good experience

If they would finish right the first time and not have to come back to fix things ,our experience would have been great .

Jason our salesman was incredibly helpful, kept us informed throughout the whole process, not one question that we asked was ever not answered. If we needed something he would make some calls and get us the information we needed. Joe was also amazing. He kept us informed throughout the whole building process, step by step. Stayed on tip of any issues that came up and made sure the quality of our house was perfect. Man of his word as he quickly responded to any detail that needed touch up even after the closing. K B Home they are the very best in building houses and they have the best and great people working for the company. We are so happy that my wife and I pick K B Home to build our house.

We loved having Lori Mouton on our team after we moved in. She was responsive and supportive of our needs and put us at ease when we had questions about our home. We appreciate the entire team at KB.

From start to finish I was assisted by KB professional. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I’m glad to be in my house but unfortunately it was not the experience I expected. We had multiple major issues and construction was delayed by more than 3 months. The issues included air conditioning controls being swapped between floors, dryer vent stuccoed shut (destroyed our first dryer), garage door didn’t work upon installation, broken master bathroom fan, and the list goes on. KB was responsive in getting these fixed, but it was a less than stellar experience due to the cost we paid for a brand new home.

This company is manned by inept people who does not car about quality of service they provide. They are very unwilling to follow up on issues after closing.

KB was great from the contract signing to the show room to the weekly updates and beyond, staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs and questions. Amy especially went above and beyond for us a few times.

The customer service isn't that great.

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

Good sales folks, good contacts, help during home finish and move in. Poor followup after move in, not responsive to little home finish issues.

I like kB Homes set up that you are able to design your own home at an affordable price and location.

KB home is the best way to go.

When we signed to buy our home, we were told verbally that our slider would be a foot shorter and the downstairs bathroom would no have a window. However, we were not told the gutter on the back of the building would be eliminated. You may say that the salesperson didn’t tell us. Fact is, it should have been in writing all the things the models and already built homes had which would be eliminated. Nothing. We could actually sue for the shorter slider and the window and gutters if we wanted because we were buying what appeared in the model and the already completed homes.
