Caesar and Mario were fantastic. This is our 3rd new build and KB has been amazing to work with from start to finish.

Only had a problem with one or two people. Everyone else was superior.

Lee and Raul were great, very friendly, and helpful!!

Ryan has been great in helping solve any problems that we saw in our new home.

Good houses. Good designs out and inside some issues but nothing crazy, price little bit high but is what it is. Good people they explained step by step all.

I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. We loved our experience! This is a small amount of room to grow.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.

We love the home. Minor setbacks during the process. But final product was worth it.

If I was to build another home, it would be with KB.

Since we moved in we had issues that needed attention but it is such a reassuring experience to know that Customer Service was always there quick to respond to our concerns then always does a follow up. Customer Service has gone above and beyond our expectations!

KB homes was very helpful in our home buying process making it possible to go through the process without an agent. There have been very few issues with our house overall though. Minor things have been: door to master bedroom offset, vents are a bit not smooth causing them to be louder than necessary for the air conditioning. And some other minor things that were fixed.

It took 11 months but we only have a few items that need to be completed.

Buying our first home with KB is one of our favorite memories. The process was super simple, Kb works not only as a team but as a family! If had to move or buy again, It would definitely be with KB.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

From start to finish, this was a stress free experience. The KB Home staff at Orchard Park exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Marianna's constant communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I knew exactly what was going on with my new home and the process every day. Likewise, Ty got involved when closing time approached and worked with Marianna to keep me updated on every detail. The final inspection was better than expected with only a very small punch list of incomplete items. Ty had almost all of those completed within one day. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how well the KB Home finance team worked to help me secure the loan. Jayson and Suzette were so professional.
