The studio experience was great, we were really able to understand and bring out the full potential of the space we were given. When we had any questions, our service rep Bobby helped us at any and all hours. Construction did finish rather late and we had some areas that needed fixes still, like kitchen cabinet missing a board, water leakages in the balcony, and stovetop installed crookedly. Overall 4/5 for the good service but construction issues

Martin always gave us a good feedback when we needed. He went beyond with optional recommendations in buying the house. Excellent person.

I have had a good home buying experience for my first time buying a home. Jaime has been great at fixing any issues that have come up or getting back to me in a timely manner.

Buying a home is a lot of work, I liked the fact that KB offered a Fannie Mae video explaining all the steps, some of the things that they talked about I had already gone through the process, it would have been more useful if I had none of some of the do's and don'ts. So I suggest when you are ready to purchase your new home to watch this video. Prepare and save for all the expenses that you will have, from you moving , storing, delays etc. Make sure your credit is Good and do our homework. Overall purchasing my home was great and exciting. This was my second time purchasing a home. KB studio was a big plus for me, being able to select and see items going into your home was the best part to me. I was able to design my home just for me inside and out, I didn't have this choice with my first purchase. It seemed like a long process, however if you are prepared and ready to purchase a home KB is a excellent choice. KB got the job done. ... More

Our buying experience was great from the first time we met Sherrilyn and took the time for a great lot and home selection. The KB Design team was awesome. From there it was Rainer and Brian who made the final transition exceptional. We really appreciate the entire SD group for making our buying experience stress free and actually pleasurable.

Sales experience has been thorough, personalized, and beyond expectations.

We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come

Tami was our original agent. She was relocated to a different community. Harvey stepped in a did a great job. On the construction side Alex and Daniel were great! Josie crunched the numbers for us time and time again. She was thorough Anna very communicative.

Overall my experience is good. I can trust KB home .cannot think of anything to complain

Quite honestly, our experience was a good one. Everything happened extremely quick! From Brad at the sales office, to Nick coming through with the loans. We are so happy with our beautiful home

We got a great service from the staffs! They were very helpful and did everything they could to make the process smooth!

They were all 3 very communiticive and on top of everything. Very prompt to respond when questions were asked.

Reggie,Chris and Mitch were available most times when i called or cslled later that day.

My sales associate was amazing, she kept me updated on the building process up until the end when the house was complete. But most of all she made follow up calls to see if I needed things to be repaired.
