Shop around before committing.

My experience with KB Homes was terrible from the start and continued to be bad through owning the home. Even after I finally was able to move in, there are multiple construction issues that weren't addressed. I like the floor plan of my home, but would not recommend KB Homes to anyone.

They installed defective faucet in my both bathroom, it has slow dripping water underneath my sink they did fix more then 6 times still have been the same issue.

Title says it all in a nut shell. We know it's not a mansion but My rep Peter M. always kept us in the loop every week. Ty the construction manager followed up with us and while we are dealing with little things due to vendors they are always on top of it. They fixed small issues super fast and we feel like family with these two. TY does what it take to make sure your home is what you expect. Design center was great they listened to our wants and we didn't feel pressured. Office representative are very professional. Anthony make sure we are updated and happy. Over all we are happy and satisfied.

There were plenty of delays for the move-in dates. We have been in the home for over a month, the 30-day visit has not been complete. Staff communication could be improved. Other than that, the house is built well. The value of the house is well priced. The location and the community are great.

There were all sorts of mistakes throughout the construction process, a few of which were major. It was difficult to get many of these addressed at all, let alone in a timely fashion. By the time we finally closed (after the closing date had been moved back many times), most of the problems had been addressed in a fairly satisfactory manner, but some problems remain today, since we were just not able to wait any longer before closing, and fixing some of these issues would require major demolition and reconstruction (e.g. entryway walls and corners being very far out of square). Overall, we feel like we got a pretty good value for our end product, but we did not expect as many problems as we encountered along the way, or having to be so repetitive and insistent in order to get obvious problems fixed. ... So much rework needs to be done the house feel like a rebuild or flip rather than new.

Every KB employee that I had interactions with was very knowledgeable in home building, design and features they offer.

It's not good. Everything come very slow. Bad service

KB Home is amazing! From the start to end, it was a great experience. Very good builder from Sales till Warranty Support. I highly recommend KB Home. As a first home buyer, KB Home will be always in my heart.

We are so happy in our new home. From start to finish everyone was accommodating and pleasant to work with. We love our new home and the options that were offered as well as the layout of our new home were just what we were looking for.

They were not truthful about the move in date and kept pushing back the date. The quality of the home is not worth the price I paid. There are a lot of defects in the home that needs to be repaired.

Amazing! Everyone was so nice throughout the process.

They were very communicative and available to answer questions, etc.

Attention to Detail was not very good at all! Response time to issues that were supposed to be addressed before move in were not completed and had to constantly call and get the same run around.

Amazing experience all around. From Kapila to Doug, Chuck and Don, they have truly been a blessing to me and my family and we are over the moon excited with our first home!

Overall I cannot complain, my home is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Pros: beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, nice price and great location Cons: During the process was promised weekly updates from Frank in the beginning. Communication with him was very difficult and far from weekly. After the build there has been several issues that need to be fixed my weeks have been filled with appointments and people come to do the same thing or put a bandaid on an issue. Example, all doors in my home need to be replaced and someone has come to take pictures 3 times and doesn’t seem to have communication of what the next step is. The workers are excellent in customer service but I’m frustrated I can’t fully move in because they haven’t fixed what should have never been broken. The warranty person is nice and responsive for the most part but I feel like slightly aggressive if I can’t answer a call right away. I work night shift so it’s difficult.
