Great house, people were great to work with

Sales team was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase our house. Customer service has been great in addressing our issues.

I am happy to have bought my first home with KH Home. The whole experience was joyful!

Communication with the sales team was great, and it was great to see each step of the process. Communication with the build team did fall off towards the end, but overall the entire process was relatively easy and there weren't any major issues or concerns.

Home had some issues when we closed but they took care of me fast and fix everything. I am very satisfied with my house and would definitely recommend KB to the people I know.

From beginning to end, all staff involved was welcoming, helpful, attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and always kept us in the loop as far as the next steps in what was happening to our home! We loved being able to have the freedom to choose our interior options to make our home feel like a one of a kind. Would definitely recommend KB Homes to anyone who’s looking to buy for the first time or even a 2nd time!

The house was built very quickly and all issues that we had with it was fixed promptly after we moved in. I would recommend KB homes to whoever is trying to build a new home. Their neighborhoods always have the best exterior designs. Don’t believe me? Go to the closest one near you and take a look. You may end up wanting to look inside as well.

Easy process to start our new Home with excelente support!

Great home buying experience! I was kept informed every step of the way during the construction process. Noticed a few items, mostly cosmetic, at the walk-thru that needed to be fixed and KB quickly took care of them to my satisfaction.

They respond quickly when you need them. Very pleasant and professional people.

I lucked into this house because the original contract holder had to back out. As such, I wasn't able to customize the house, because that process was already complete. However, I am happy with the amenities and the quality of the house.

They help out whenever we need them even if they are common sense issues. I feel safe

Everyone is helpful, accomodating and always willing to answer our questions

while we bought a model home, when we moved in there were a few issues and the team was quick to not only fix every issue. They did another complete walk through the house and made several other notes on minor issues and were quick to fix them all, even though we said it was ok.
