The material they used to build the home is cheap as well as the workmanship . For the kind of money I paid for the home it should have been better quality and workmanship !!!!!

I enjoyed my home buying experience that I had with KB from choosing the right home to closing on my dream home. From start to finish I was informed each week about my weekly progress with the home. I was able to interact with each persons that played their role in the process,

Great support team, but wish the actual construction crew would pay more attention to finer details.

Very poor finish mainly inside home, including but not limited to Cabinets, trim/moulding, doors, hardware, flooring has paint, caulking, grout, etc. on them. Missing moulding, moulding not lined up in some areas, excess caulking stuck to trim, gouges, uneven painting, hardware painted over. Walls had issues, home was filthy. Shower doors not lined up properly. All concrete cracked (large cracks) from day one. Other things wrong as well, never got 10 day, 30 day punch list. How home works never covered. Items were addressed most not completed closed end of April, this is August. We also have a sprinkler that is attached to our system that is on the other side of our fence/not our property and we are paying for the water from that sprinkler. Is a good experience to buy a house from KB but the quality and the response is very bad overall.

As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous about the home buying process. Everyone with KB Home made sure I was informed every step of the way!

I recommend them to buy from KB. Our team was awesome and made sure we had our dream home! They gave us so much updates and insight on the process that brought us so much peace about our purchase. We love our KB team

Great experience with the builder's employees throughout and after buying the home and getting settled in. One thing I've learned however, don't expect your home to be perfect from day one. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean you're not going to have problems. With any new construction neighborhood, they're trying to get your home up fast and this could potentially lead to bigger issues. Fortunately, KB representatives were extremely helpful and fast in resolving the issues.

The quality of the finished product at final walk through was not as expected. The project manager did not seem concerned that this final issues we pointed out 2 weeks before closing were not fixed the day before we were to close. We had to beg them to get the issues fixed 24 hrs. before closing. We have also had a number of issues after closing. The driveway needed to be redone twice and the roof leaked into the home and things got wet inside. Other than that we like the home and the floorplan works well.

KB home construction facilitated an fully transparent construction phase to close out with me. Garrett was always replied to my texts and calls promptly. He made himself readily available to discuss my concerns and answer my questions , even to meet me on the home construction site to explain the construction process and facilitate solutions to my concerns.

KB has good employees and responds to your concerns immediately. And the house is beautiful.

The process was smooth and I closed on time.

For me it was 1st time home buying i didnt know one thing but the sales team , the loan processor the build the superintendent. Overall they made it smooth KB walked me thru every step. And communicating was key they let me know everything i needed and kb staff were great and made my experience very easy!
