Great experience with Marcy and the LB Homes crew.

I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. We loved our experience! This is a small amount of room to grow.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.

We love the home. Minor setbacks during the process. But final product was worth it.

If I was to build another home, it would be with KB.

Since we moved in we had issues that needed attention but it is such a reassuring experience to know that Customer Service was always there quick to respond to our concerns then always does a follow up. Customer Service has gone above and beyond our expectations!

KB homes was very helpful in our home buying process making it possible to go through the process without an agent. There have been very few issues with our house overall though. Minor things have been: door to master bedroom offset, vents are a bit not smooth causing them to be louder than necessary for the air conditioning. And some other minor things that were fixed.

It took 11 months but we only have a few items that need to be completed.

Buying our first home with KB is one of our favorite memories. The process was super simple, Kb works not only as a team but as a family! If had to move or buy again, It would definitely be with KB.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

From start to finish, this was a stress free experience. The KB Home staff at Orchard Park exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Marianna's constant communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I knew exactly what was going on with my new home and the process every day. Likewise, Ty got involved when closing time approached and worked with Marianna to keep me updated on every detail. The final inspection was better than expected with only a very small punch list of incomplete items. Ty had almost all of those completed within one day. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how well the KB Home finance team worked to help me secure the loan. Jayson and Suzette were so professional. It was my first home buying experience, and KB did an excellent job delivering the house on time during the middle of the pandemic. Everyone did fantastic work, from the sales staff to customer service, making the home buying experience smooth and easy.

We are so excited to be in our dream home. We had such a great experience with the sales staff, the design studio, and the construction team. Everyone made our happiness a priority!

Kb homes wad simply amazing! They offered the best and most transparent pricing of any lender that I was in contact with. Additionally, our closing happened on time and they were in touch the entire way leading up to it.
