Good neighborhood to live in.

We had a wonderful experience building our new home with KB Home!

Horrible Experience with this company

The project manager/superintendent was very helpful. He addressed questions and responded to our concerns in a timely and thorough manner. He is always professional and brings a realistic perspective to his role supporting clients.

Still waiting on some things to be fixed which is a bummer , also was never able to get in touch with the painter for the free touch up paint which also suck. Overall i’m satisfied but a few ongoing things I would love to get addressed ASAP.

Customer service was nice and friendly. We weren’t given the options to upgrade anything. We were given a 30 minute notice to close on the house. There are things that are still broken that were brought up in the walk through. Trimming on the house is peeling off the walls. The back and front yards are nice and big.

Great customer service. Kimara always updated to me. I love the way they treated us. From the start to closing and until we move to our new home.

The whole process was a beautiful experience and everyone involved was so helpful and very polite, they communicated with you though the whole process. Almost felt as if they were holding your hand through the whole transaction.

Sales agent Frazier, Elysia was very very helpful from beginning and throughout the process. She had answer to every question I had.

This was my first time buying a new construction home. I am retired military and this is my forever home. I wanted to make sure it was everything that I wanted. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I received weekly updates from sales and financing. I was always kept informed of what was going on. I never felt in the dark about any part of the process. Being able to see the home and get walkthroughs with the builder at important parts of the building process was very helpful. I was able to take pictures so I know everything about the home from the foundation to the framing. Since I have moved in I still get calls to make sure everything is going well with the house. This builder cares about their customers. With that said, they build houses that are equipped with energy-saving tools that's gonna help prolong the quality and durability of the entire house

Overall I had a good experience with all the personal and the same house in other places is very expensive so I had a great deal!!!

Great area! KB Forman Jeff Milne was awesome!! He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with the home.

The people that work at KB are all very helpful, has a great support and the quality of constructions.

Times were tough with covid and delays due to manufacturing, but everyone kept us updated and did their best.

We are forever grateful for the top-notch experience we had buying our home in a nice neighborhood on Communication Hill in San Jose. Our friends at the KB office, Debbie, Don, Tim, Maricela and Kathy made buying the home a joy. It was totally painless every step of the way, and even now we continue to have a relationship with KB because they want to make sure we are taken care of if any touch-up needs to be done or if there is ever a warranty issue.
