KB homes did make it possible for my family to get a home. Good team members, excellent customer service. We recommend my friends to KB homes.

Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Kept us up to date on progress and issues that affected schedule.

We felt supported from the moment we walked into the model home in our new KB Home community. Martin on the Sales team was wonderful at fielding all our questions or finding the answers if he didn’t have them himself. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and unsure with some processes, but the entire KB team (sales, construction, design) guided us every step of the way. We’re so happy with our new home!

The build took a bit longer than we expected but we are now in our new home and are loving it. There have been a few growing pains but that was to be expected and my contacts have mostly dealt with them quickly. Overall we are happy we built new. The KB team has been fantastic.

The Formen in my subdivision has been very helpful and responsible on updating us from star to finishing the home and any issues related with the house . Also my Builders sales agent was very helpful keeping us informed on all aspects from star to finish the house

Overall a great experience. This was our first “new” home purchase and KB made it easy.

Mostly a positive experience. The doorknob in a bathroom has not been replaced in 2 months. Unfortunately, too, all during the summer, the swimming pool was unusable due to problems. It should have been fixed.
