From start to finish I was assisted by KB professional. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I’m glad to be in my house but unfortunately it was not the experience I expected. We had multiple major issues and construction was delayed by more than 3 months. The issues included air conditioning controls being swapped between floors, dryer vent stuccoed shut (destroyed our first dryer), garage door didn’t work upon installation, broken master bathroom fan, and the list goes on. KB was responsive in getting these fixed, but it was a less than stellar experience due to the cost we paid for a brand new home.

This company is manned by inept people who does not car about quality of service they provide. They are very unwilling to follow up on issues after closing.

KB was great from the contract signing to the show room to the weekly updates and beyond, staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs and questions. Amy especially went above and beyond for us a few times.

Design studio being worst. Sales office and site manager and danny are the best .

The customer service isn't that great.

Sales team did a good job. Superintendent/warranty did/are doing a great job with responsiveness and ensuring mishaps are corrected/fixed in a timely manner.

Good sales folks, good contacts, help during home finish and move in. Poor followup after move in, not responsive to little home finish issues.

This homebuying experience was our first one in this company made it very easy to make decisions and help us along the way and every step of the process

I like kB Homes set up that you are able to design your own home at an affordable price and location.

KB home is the best way to go.

When we signed to buy our home, we were told verbally that our slider would be a foot shorter and the downstairs bathroom would no have a window. However, we were not told the gutter on the back of the building would be eliminated. You may say that the salesperson didn’t tell us. Fact is, it should have been in writing all the things the models and already built homes had which would be eliminated. Nothing. We could actually sue for the shorter slider and the window and gutters if we wanted because we were buying what appeared in the model and the already completed homes.

We definitely get the wow factor when friends come over. Thank you KB Homes!

Shop around before committing.

My experience with KB Homes was terrible from the start and continued to be bad through owning the home. Even after I finally was able to move in, there are multiple construction issues that weren't addressed. I like the floor plan of my home, but would not recommend KB Homes to anyone.

They installed defective faucet in my both bathroom, it has slow dripping water underneath my sink they did fix more then 6 times still have been the same issue.

Title says it all in a nut shell. We know it's not a mansion but My rep Peter M. always kept us in the loop every week. Ty the construction manager followed up with us and while we are dealing with little things due to vendors they are always on top of it. They fixed small issues super fast and we feel like family with these two. TY does what it take to make sure your home is what you expect. Design center was great they listened to our wants and we didn't feel pressured. This is a vacation home for us so we weren't going crazy with fancy upgrades but did do the main ones and Stepfanie was awesome listening and giving us options. ... More

Office representative are very professional. Anthony make sure we are updated and happy. Over all we are happy and satisfied.

There were plenty of delays for the move-in dates. We have been in the home for over a month, the 30-day visit has not been complete. Staff communication could be improved. Other than that, the house is built well. The value of the house is well priced. The location and the community are great.

Garrett & KB was very communicative throughout the whole process & listened to our concerns & solved any issues asap
