Great Experience Thank you kb

Overall it was a great experience with few hiccups along the way. The KB team was able to acknowledge and address my concerns in a timely matter. If anything was missed, a simple follow up seemed to suffice and any issues were taken care of. One complaint I will have is in regards to the choice of leaving the ugly, black tube for the AC condensation drain. I’ve never seen that before and every house I’ve lived in prior has had some sort if PVC piping going into the ground (sort of a French drain). It looks pretty shoddy while it kills my grass and serves as an ideal chew toy for my dog. Wish this was addressed. Otherwise, I ultimately had a good experience. Five stars means perfect (which doesn’t exist) so 4 across the board and 3 for quality mainly because of the AC condensation drain and the number of touch ups that were needed. ... More

To ensure you get "all" exterior gas lines you need. ensure sink is determined at the time your select your cabinets. Make sure all light switches are not hidden behind the "towel" bar otherwise light sensor will not work. Pay attention to the ceiling drywall crowning throughout. and lastly drywall is acceptable around the shower/bathtub

Sales agent was great. The quality of my house is wonderful. Design studio experience were alright. Could have a better agent who give you details. But overall experience is great.

Check out the home very closely when the chance arrives because the builder does not develop building prints for all modelsl

Bryon’s Professionalism made the home buying experience easier and he took the time to keep us informed of the status of our new home throughout the new build process. We really appreciated Rob’s personable touch to make sure we were happy with the end result. And it continued after we moved in!!

The whole process was seamless when we bought our home, from reserving to closing. Lorraine was a sweetheart and was always ready to answer any questions we may have. Diana from KB Home Loans was so patient with all of our questions too (we had a lot!) and never did she ever make us feel like we were bugging. After we moved in, Scott is our rep and he is extremely responsive and you can tell that he cares about his job. I initially enjoyed working with the KB people. What I want other homebuyers to know is almost all the basic things that should be included with the home is an upgrade (meaning more money)! Was told that I had an extra 28,000 for additional upgrades.I was mislead & couldn't get the patio that I really wanted so badly!

My experience with KB HOMES was phenomenal. As a newly divorced later-in-life female I approached this journey with great trepidation. In retrospect ... I had nothing to fear. All my expectations were exceeded in terms of craftsmanship and communication. Everyone from A to Z took such exceptional care of me. I cannot say enough positive things. Rather than 5 stars I wish "infinity" stars was an option.

They use a lot of excuses when in our master planned community other home builders have no problem building houses quicker.. they used the excused of Covid for everything but so how doesn’t effect any other builder.. just KB.. The house is great and was their loan side, but other than that not good.. horrible first time buyer experience

From start to finish, everyone associated with KB was very friendly, attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate me, and definitely surpassed my expectations.

So good for customer service! So quick for the respond.

Love the fact that they do all they can to get you approved and into a home.

My family had a great buying experience with KB homes. I had looked at other communities which offered different kinds of incentive, however KB homes had exactly what I was looking for in a home (Plus More). Once I made my mind with the Model that I wanted and singed off on it, I was able to bring other family Members to look at the Model home and every time I would bring them over, the sellers at the site made us feel welcome.

My family and I are truly happy to have a home built by KBHomes! The process was easy from beginning to end and everyone involved made the process even smoother! I highly recommend building with KBHomes!
