the virtual design studio was not the best experience.

My home is everything and more. My only issues were delayed start and then waiting for the concrete. Other than that this has been an amazing process and my home is beautiful. The superintendent is amazing and stays in touch every step of the way. Thank you KB for giving me my beautiful home!

Overall a good experience with KB Homes

Everything was great until I found a crack down the middle of my front por ch. I was concerned about the comet made after that that I should just wait cuz I'll get cracks all over the place as the house settles. Before that everything have been wonderful. now I'm concerned about the cracks in the drywall and everything else that's going to happen.

There was never a time we could not communicate or hear what we had to say. Uncontrollable issues were updated continuously. Options were on the table as necessary to keep us updated.

We had a great experience with Justin as far as building was concerned. He was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home!

Ask questions. There will be things that you overlooked that you will be kicking yourself later on

Construction Superintendent was on top of all my issues especially meeting deadlines And timelines. Issues being resolved as needed. No major complaints.

Short build time 4 months from foundation to completion.

During the building process, everyone was communicating and making things happen to get us into our home. There were few bumps, but nothing major. 2 months after we moved in communication went down the drain and my “POC” stopped replying to my messages for issues that were going on with my irrigation system. Then we get a package from KB about our warranty, and guess what, our irrigation system’s warranty expired over a month ago, which we didn’t know until after the fact. That’s when everything made sense as to why my KB rep stopped replying to my messages concerning the issue. Now I have to go find someone to fix my irrigation system. Take away from this, make sure they turn on the sprinkler system during your inspection so you can see that they work before you close on the house. ... More

KB Homes has created and been an overall great experience for my husband and I as first time home buyers!

Value of the home was great.

This is the 1st time we have purchased a KB Home. We love our house but have had some issues with the quality of workmanship. KB has done their best to get things taken care of but it is somewhat frustrating when you purchase a brand new home and have to deal with issues. We are hoping that we don’t continue to deal with to much more in future but if we do we hope they continue to take care of things as they come up.

I’m pleased so far with the project manager and the responsiveness when I have questions and needs. On the other side the experience through the mortgage approval and closing has been the worst experience ever. The closing was pushed more than 2 weeks from the original due date because the loan processor/analyst didn’t even check the emails I sent with the documents requested until the original “day of closing”. Documents where sent multiple times. No updates whatsoever after the delay, every day was a different story or request and no “target” day to close the loan. Even the appraisal for a property of their own was delayed and coordinated super late in the process. I will never finance again with KB home ... More

Paid attention more in the construction.

Every issue that I have encountered has been acknowledged and rectified by the organization. Rick, our local rep has done an excellent job.

The process was pretty good, fairly streamlined.

Happy with the customer service we received from beginning of project till closing!

My experience with Fred and his construction manager Russel, is the only 100% positive feedback I can give anyone I have came into contact with for my KB house buying experience. They both answered all my concerns in a timely manner and followed through with any repairs that were needed. If it had not been for Russel and Fred my rating for responsiveness and trustworthiness would have been lower. Thanks both for leveling out my negative experiences with financial and some on the sales team.
