Friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond with situation. (Covid19) Staff keep me updated and managed to have the home ready to move in as promised.

All of the pre closing issues with the house were fixed by Russ and Rob to our liking.

We had very few issues with our home build. The local sales office, our loan representative and most of all, our building contractor, Gilbert, made all the difference. They were very responsive and went above and beyond the call. We did experience a few issues with the main corporate office and the "personal touch" could've been better. Paperwork was lost, including our earnest money check. The corporate office said they found our earnest check, but we're still waiting for that refund because we had to come up with extra cash at closing to make up for that. But the home is very well built and small issues like a misaligned cabinet door have been addressed. I would also note that the Studio process of selecting options could be a little more streamlined, less convoluted and easier to navigate. Pricing can be confusing and some options like lighting can be more expensive than just purchasing your own lights and installing them yourself. Good built house. If there are any issues they did a good job of addressing them.

I was VERY satisfied with my home and would purchase a KB home in the future based on my experience. The home is energy efficient, well built (my home inspector said so) and I was particularly impressed with the hybrid water heater! The only problems I have are: 1. standing water on the sides of the house due to poor grading or the fact that the houses are too close to drain well. 2. noticed that my lawn grass was not rooted properly either due to the builder not watering daily for the first 30 days or that it was already dried out when placed on the lot. This has caused my grass to shrivel and die in places unless we have continuous rain. 3. The worker who laid the tile left small pieces of concrete all over the floor instead of cleaning up after his work. This was disappointing. ... More

Great staff working with buyers

Our new home has excellent workmanship and KB Home is so far very responsive to issues. However, we have had a couple of issues such as too much construction material left in garage, cable and telephone connections to the house and within the house not fully installed and connected, some things as lighting and appliances not fully checked as working. KB Homes has been extremely responsive in acknowledging and addressing these issues.

Good price

We had a few issues that were handle, but unsure how they were missed in the walkthroughs. For example the wrong interior paint was used, cracked shower pan, sloppy re paint and cable hider was not installed correctly. Customer service team has done an awesome job.

Our construction manager Paul is very responsive and has helped us several times with small issues around the house.

Great homes

Agents are very professional, they are kind and always find solutions to help you best. They also help you understand the process very well and they're on top of any item needed.

Everything went well with a few hiccups along the way. We are settling in and getting the hiccups worked out. Still need a few things done. Very disappointed in the landscaping. Small ailing plants. Definitely C grade. A lot of dead grass. They came back and took out a lot of it but simply didn’t finish. Now we have several large areas with no grass. I will call super about it soon.

The KB home I purchased was found by my broker after two weeks of searching for a home, and I was concerned that I wouldn't find the right home for my family. But once we were shown our home, I was ready to buy it. It was beautiful, well-presented, and the sales staff was excellent. I had a water leak after moving in that caused some damage, but KB was fast and helpful as they took care of everything and made it even better than it was before. I highly recommend KB as your builder.
