Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward. Since we moved in we had issues that needed attention but it is such a reassuring experience to know that Customer Service was always there quick to respond to our concerns then always does a follow up. Customer Service has gone above and beyond our expectations!

All KB staff was very polite and helpful throughout the buying process. We are very happy and excited with our new KB hime.

The service and communication with the superintendent and the sales team was great. The only reason I had given 4 stars in one of the categories is quality of workmanship. The labor team could be a bit more clean (making holes in the wall that are not patched up, leaving tons of debris in the window sill that it wouldn't close) I told the superintendent and he got right on it, so it was all resolved.

First of all I want to say we have had a very good experience with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody was very kind and helpful with the whole procedure. The quality and value of our new home was very good. The builder team (LEONARDO) was always very responsive and always did what he promised. I love that each one of the homes in my track have their own unique style and paint.

KB homes was very helpful in our home buying process making it possible to go through the process without an agent. There have been very few issues with our house overall though. Minor things have been: door to master bedroom offset, vents are a bit not smooth causing them to be louder than necessary for the air conditioning. And some other minor things that were fixed.

Buying our first home with KB is one of our favorite memories. The process was super simple, Kb works not only as a team but as a family! If had to move or buy again, It would definitely be with KB.

There was some confusion on the reservation of the lot, but it was fixed. Minor adjustments and fixes needed to the property after move-in. Overall great experience.

Ivan and Jake made my first home buying experience a true bliss. The two were so kind and very informative throughout the entire process.

From start to finish, this was a stress free experience. The KB Home staff at Orchard Park exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Marianna's constant communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. I knew exactly what was going on with my new home and the process every day. Likewise, Ty got involved when closing time approached and worked with Marianna to keep me updated on every detail. The final inspection was better than expected with only a very small punch list of incomplete items. Ty had almost all of those completed within one day. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention how well the KB Home finance team worked to help me secure the loan. Jayson and Suzette were so professional. Overall, the KB Home team at Orchard Park is nothing less than top notch. ... More
