Review everything before taking posession

There were some areas in the house that needed attention. They were taken care of by construction manger right away. Overall good experience.

KB has got it down to a science, or rather, an art. Amazing to me how quickly everything was completed, and deadlines consistently met. Head foreman David Hartman was friendly, professional, and responsive to our concerns throughout. Minor complications were resolved in a timely manner with excellent customer service provided by Ben Heese and staff. All contractors assigned to fix items during the inspection phase were prompt and professional. Useful information was provided to us (the homeowners) to help understand how said items work. Good communication was provided throughout the process. Salesman Lee Williams was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and committed to a smooth flowing process. Good attention, materials, and quality in general.

Staff are wonderful floor plans are awesome I don’t like the fact that every thing you have pay extra for a door knob a porch light etc. but other than that I am enjoying my new space

Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

The over all process of purchasing was good. Had some issues but they were resolved. Completed the house on a timely manner. We are happy with our house buying experience.

There were some minor issues at the 30 day, which is expected. However, I rated 4 in those 2 areas because some of the issues should have been seen prior to move in plus it's been 3 weeks and there are still a few outstanding issues that have not been addressed.

I love KB Homes; this is my second home purchase from them and in the span of 10 years the service and workmanship has significantly changed for the better.

Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.
