As a first time homeowner I was really pleased with purchasing experience from beginning to end and frankly I didn’t experience some of the horror stories you often hear about. This company is well represented by a team of professionals (Christine S., Nancy C., and Jackie R.) who all go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction by making themselves available to address any and all questions and / or concerns. Satisfied good experience and learning

We worked with John the sales rep for KB Homes. Our buying experience was smooth with just a few hick ups along the way. John always kept us informed . When we visited the KB Homes design center we had so much fun picking out the upgrades for our brand new house. Our house turned out beautiful. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone searching for a new home.

Understanding of individual needs

My experience went better than expected! Other than material shortages and constant push back dates on closing, it was out of their control! Overall I’m very satisfied with my house!

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

Good price and house, the only thing is final finish work not very well but make it up as good post service.

Our exceptional experience in buying with KB started with our KB sales agent Sarah. She was very accommodating and handled our questions professionally and even like a friend. She was always available to address our concerns. We were sad that we didn’t get to close our home with her since she was there from the beginning, but Sue was also very nice. Jennifer and Lorri spent so much time with us, helping us determine what options we wanted for our home. They provided great insight, and were very patient as we were indecisive at times. Brian, our superintendent was amazing, .accommodating us as plans changed, and making sure our walk through went smoothly with the inspector for KB at closing. He was always available to address our questions and concerns. He made sure things were completed to our pleasing. He made sure the punch list items were addressed to completion and whatever he could control was addressed. He was honest and always in a good mood. He made sure we were comfortable with everything in the home and fixed all things that needed fixing in a timely manner. He made sure his staff fixes everything perfectly not just a patch job. Fast responding team and help the home owner with any issues

The Construction Supervisor, Chris, was exceptional. During the build, he conducted multiple FaceTimes with us as well as emails and texts. He was extremely responsive to all questions, etc. Once we moved in, he was with us “every step of the way” to ensure a smooth and happy move-in.

Good experience with KB Home. From the sales staff, project management team and customer service. All work in unison in answering our questions, comments and overall expectation.

Overall it was good experience. I only take star out because of maintenance of yard. It would have been much better along with inside if contracted builder has taken care of debris in the yard. Else it was pleasure working with Larry & Olga. Contractor is completely different discussion :) .

Sales team was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to purchase our house. Customer service has been great in addressing our issues.

I found a lot of mixed reviews on KB Homes and was initially very skeptical. Now being in our home for 2.5 months, it was the best choice for us at the time. All of the KB Homes employees we worked with and continue to work with are wonderful. Many things happened during our journey that were out of their control, mainly worker shortage and supply chain issue due to the pandemic. We understand all of this so choose to judge based on the quality of care and information we got from the KB team. The strengths of the team we worked with are communication, friendliness, informative, and patient. KB Homes isn’t going to build you a custom home with every single little detail you could ever want. The contractors they use are probably local and could be hit or miss. We accepted this and we’re luckily able to be close enough to our new build that we went to see it multiple times per week, taking hundred of photos. During the building process, we found several items that needed to be corrected and KB worked with the contractors right away to fix them. There will be bumps in the road as with any project of this magnitude. Overall, we have a brand new home for a great price considering the area we live in. I am happy to have bought my first home with KH Home. The whole experience was joyful!

Overall it was a very good experience

Quality of workmanship can be better. Left the home uncleaned at the time of closing, a bit disappointed on that for sure.
