There is a lot to say but I will summarize. The construction staff are great. Attentive to fixits. The lender process was stressful due to a lack of communication and difficulty initially getting responses and requested information. The last portion of the process went well. The garage has a large crack in the floor already due to the water heater pole being initially placed in the wrong corner and the concrete poured appropriately in that wrong corner, then the heater pole was moved to the opposite corner and placed after the concrete was already poured, so now there is a crack. I love the design of our home, very spacey and organized. However, the metal made up the sink is easily scratched, which I wish we could have better quality of items made of metal. The constructors were very responsive in the 30 days period of home warranty after closing. Though we still have 2 years warranty with other constructor, they responded slowly and I haven’t heard from them yet. I hope I can hear back from them soon.

This is my 3rd KB Home. 1st was Round Rock, build on site and everything was great. 2nd was in Georgetown, build on site and was better than the first. 3rd was a "ready to move in" and the house is better than the first 2.

This is my 3rd KB Home. This home was a "Move in ready" and was just what we were looking for, but the Customer service "after the sale" has been awful. There was things that were "supposed" to be things done to the home for us prior to us moving in...they were not...and still have not been taken care of Yet. Very disappointing. We actually feel like we were "Hustled" by a used car salesman.

We found KB Cadence when it was a dirt lot. We were urged to put down our earnest deposit and sell our current home to secure a spot for the new home that would be complete in 6 months. Great! However, the 6 months turned into 1 year and 6 months. In that time I had to move three times because no one could provide an accurate completion date. So much so that we stopped getting an idea of when the house would be done altogether. Agonizing and displacing. I’m happy to my new home…. But when I came and check little by little I saw some of mistake they made… at first I try to inform them and they respond, after for a long time wait it only 2 visit… they don’t even update me and reply to my message I even take picture that need to fix… I know there are busy but atleast reply me if they gonna do it or not!.. I’m also a customer that spend money to my house. I’m sad I know for them that’s little things, but for me I’m so dissatisfied because that little things supposed to be fix at the first place! From the start we had a great experience with sales. We were able to select the lot, elevation and design options we wanted. The design studio was incredibly meticulous and that was our favorite part of the process. The experience took a turn later in the timeline with the building team. We had the incorrect LVP installed throughout our home which delayed our closing date. A wavy drywall in our great room. Our front door paint was botched, thankfully corrected within warranty window. My home-buying experience was long and stressful, yet so worth it in the end. The quality of my KB home is not great or the worst just ok. There are a lot of things I feel could’ve been put together and/or installed differently or much neater. The experience from the loan department could’ve gone much better as well. More education and follow ups regarding the loan process and expectations of the timeline would have been very helpful and nice. Overall, I’m satisfied with my home and KB’s service to fix any lingering issues.

The buying process was smooth when it came to actually dealing with a sales rep and closing. The building process though is not amazing and if you cannot go by every day and check on the work being done then I caution you. KB Home's motto in my neighborhood was build bigger for less and nothing could be more than true. The quality of work is spotty, no one is checking the trades peoples work the day they do things. Pretty much a basic home buying experience. Home designs are good, but the design center has limited choices. Main problem was with KB's lender if choice. They were VERY pushy and cockt, assuming that we would use them and not shop around. They requested unnecessary information for pre-qualification, and were unwilling to provide a secure channel for sending information - the initial loan officer suggested we send confidential financial information to her personal email account. Highly unprofessional. Many other lenders out there with MUCH better customer service.

Was expecting a better built home, the quality on overall house is a 6.8/10. Later noticed cooked walls and trims. The walls had patches where it didn't have semi gloss paint. The driveway is crooked, some areas needed cracks to be filled. The doors to the garage doesn't fully close. The area where my security system is supposed to be had time so HomePro has to find where else to put it.

The sales team and design studio were wonderful to deal with. The construction team/superintendent, as well as the warranty team have been less than ideal to work with. The communication from both of those teams is lacking, and we have a hard time gettina a response from either of them. We've submitted warranty claims and claims regrding non-disclosed active wells on our property, and for several weeks, nobody has done anything about it.

The quality of the house looks like it's not brand new it look like it's 5 years old with alot of problems need to be fixed because of rush work on the house. The house cost too much money to have too many problems.
