It’s been a great experience and I’ve felt supported the entire time. I love my new home!

This was my first home buying experience and I don’t regret a thing! Were there some hiccups throughout the process?……of course. But KB did an excellent job at keeping us informed about the status of the issue and, aside from the fact that every issue got resolved, knowing where things stand along the way means a lot to me. They were professional, respectful, and sincere. I didn’t know what to expect, but they understood that and kept me posted every step of the way so there wouldn’t be any surprises. If I get another home in the future, I’m going to check in with KB Homes, for sure!!

Not worth your energy, hard earn money and investment. Very unprofessional employees FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM, LOTS OF ISSUES WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND CHEAP MATERIALS USED, they try to fix the botched jobs they initially created but then create more work and more issues, Extremely unhappy with my 3016 square foot home, they also lack of empathy towards the new home owners. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND KB HOME BUILDER. unfortunately they ruined what was suppose to be the best experience for my family on building a New home. KBhome Lake Lucerne gets zero stars. RUN!!!!

The sales and construction team were better than average. I wish that the architect put more thought into the room designs and that the building supervisor would have communicated the changes made from the model. KBHS was terrible, use your own lender. We love are home and will continue to work with the warranty department to fix issues.

Its was a great experience working KB Home's team from the first day we walk in and met Shelia in the office to the finishing touches of our home with Luis. We had the pleasure to also meet superintendent Joe always on top of his job site making sure it's all taken care of properly. They made sure and walked us through every step of the way. If we had any question or concerns they where always quick to response even after hours. We are very happy & satisfied with our new home specially with KB Home team they are very professional always made us feel like home from the very start.

The material they used to build the home is cheap as well as the workmanship . For the kind of money I paid for the home it should have been better quality and workmanship !!!!!

KB project manager and site superintendent are very responsive and client focus.

I enjoyed my home buying experience that I had with KB from choosing the right home to closing on my dream home. From start to finish I was informed each week about my weekly progress with the home. I was able to interact with each persons that played their role in the process,

Great support team, but wish the actual construction crew would pay more attention to finer details.

Very poor finish mainly inside home, including but not limited to Cabinets, trim/moulding, doors, hardware, flooring has paint, caulking, grout, etc. on them. Missing moulding, moulding not lined up in some areas, excess caulking stuck to trim, gouges, uneven painting, hardware painted over. Walls had issues, home was filthy. Shower doors not lined up properly. All concrete cracked (large cracks) from day one. Other things wrong as well, never got 10 day, 30 day punch list. How home works never covered. Items were addressed most not completed closed end of April, this is August. We also have a sprinkler that is attached to our system that is on the other side of our fence/not our property and we are paying for the water from that sprinkler. I have not lived long enough in the house to provide feedback on the quality, workmanship and value.

Is a good experience to buy a house from KB but the quality and the response is very bad overall.
