I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. Being able to pick design details really makes the home buying experience that more exciting at KB

We loved our experience! This is a small amount of room to grow.

We love our new KB home. The upgrades are done well and the craftmanship is great. The sales team and construction managers are great and easy to work with and are with you every step of the way and help even when your home is done and you're all moved in.

Great experience overall. Personnel went thriugh all details of what us included and not included in the home.

I have found the entire KB home buying experience to be a pleasant transition from construction to occupy

Great price for a large home and lot size. Definitely satisified with the part Quality of materials used needs to be better.

The experience was wonderful throughout. We have a few issues that need to be resolved, but overall a good experience.

The only thing that we feel is not ok is the way the patio was left. We were told it's up to code but it is dangerous. The step down onto the lawn is way too high. It would be great if a step was added to the patio. Other than that we love our house.

After a year of searching, KB Home had a beautiful house for us in Casa Grande. The entire process was smooth. Thank you!

We love the home. Minor setbacks during the process. But final product was worth it.

The purchase experience was excellent, Joe in the sales team always kept us up to date with the development of the construction by sending weekly videos of the progress, it was a very beautiful process in which I have to highlight Don Carlos who solved us all the details at the end, I also want to thank all the other people who were involved in this whole buying experience, such as Jackie, Fabian, Joy, Kyle, Lauren, thank you very much for all the favors received, I highly recommend KBH to do the dream of your new home come true.

We recently moved from San Jose to Gilroy and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB for making this a memorable experience. We were very excited and a little apprehensive since it was a big move. Christine from sales was so friendly and helped us find the perfect plan. She was always available for questions and ideas! Becky from the design center was amazing at keeping us focused and on track-since it can be quiet overwhelming. She let us take our time with the picks and also helped us when we were stuck. Tim and Peter from the loan processing worked really hard to make sure we had everything and ready to go when it was time. The process is very complicated and they tried to keep us as stress free as possible ( although loan applications and approvals are really really stressful!) Ryan from customer service is a RockStar! He brings so much energy and gets you pumped up for the big move and beyond! He has worked with us on all the little fixes and even helped out during our appliance delivery. The construction crew and their project manager Serena are awesome! We had a couple of things that needed to be redone and they were on it! My husband and I really appreciate everything you’re team has done and our family is so happy to have moved into this beautiful new home and an amazing neighborhood! Minu & Hari ... More

Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

My overall experience from start until now has been amazing! Our first day driving in the torrential rain to see the properties, we met Christine who was very nice and professional. Then we were introduced the Blanca who we loved and connected with very well. She was very transparent and keep us informed. More importantly, she made us feel that she wanted what was best for our situation and not made to feel like a paycheck. Then we met Ed, great guy and down earth. We could have talked for hours each time we met for our construction meeting. Let's not forget Duc and team. They were very helpful and persistent with sending weekly house progress reports. We weren't able to come into town as often as we had liked so we couldn't stalk the build of our home so the pictures and status updates were helpful. Lastly, on the final walk through we had a great walk with Don and Mike. They were very nice, friendly and made sure we knew that we were in their good hands moving forward.
