I love my new home,

Process was easy, but having a hard time to get someone to come out and fix or correct issues when I get out from work. No one is willing to help other than Monday- Friday 8 am-4pm. Which is usually the same time I have to work.

The sales team was amazing and helped us every step of the way. There were a handful of quality issues, such as missing medicine cabinets and countertops having a rough residue on them. But overall, very happy with how things are getting resolved

I must say Im glad my family and I purchased a KB Home. There were notable differences between KB Home and other builders. They were honest and forthcoming. The customer service throughout was exceptional! There were several times I reached out to Liz on her off day and she was more than willing to help. Our only gripe was the inconsistencies with the closing date. Most importantly, we love our home, so thank you everyone at KB Home!

Smooth process, helpful staff, pleasant experience

Although, it took over 1 year to complete our home we had a great experience with KB team.. Kellie Ali and Doug Cherry and later Veronica Tizcareno were always on top of things and keeping us informed. We love our new home and hope to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

Our experience overall, was very good. The time factor was our only misfortune. A closing date date of March 7th turned out to be April 28.. we felt that the communication in that area should have been better. Personnel was exceptional, and if we had to do it again we most certainly WOULD

Nice neighborhood and near to Home Depot and big department stores

Chad made sure all of our concerns were addressed, he updated us weekly, and took great care of us. We are first time home buyers, so he set the bar pretty high going forward. Thanks Chad!

The overall value is great for the home. Note every issue when doing the walk through and DO NOT close until everything addressed. Look for every little thing as the follow up after closing is non existent.
