Everyone from Sales, Melva to loan process with Phala and Studio, to construction and Danny's team were amazing, responsive and knowledgeable.

My sales agent Vanessa was great. Gina loan agent was amazing and Henry the superintendent was great. Always right there to answer question and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service needs work

My inspector missed plumbing issues that should have been hound.

My experience was exciting being able to view homes then see your vision of your on home was great the design layout was great every1 was so kind very friendly answered all questions on the build an the layout was done so very professional an the builders were very nice people overall they all did a amazing job i love my home the the interior an exterior was built with all the colors an style I love it was a great experience thank u all

The whole experience from beginning to move in was quick and very easy. I was pre loan appproved in 15 minutes, and final approval in a week. We close in less than a month. The home is very well built and the fit and finish is really good. Several features you usually have to pay much more for.

She always greeted us with a smile and made time to tour model homes. We re-revisited Wellington Pointe after shopping around similar homes in the Monroe area. I never felt pressured to sign a contract, but we eventually did & were able to close in the time she promised. The details in our house are excellent quality. Miguel met us a few times to walk through & we were able to request simple repairs prior to move-in. We love the size of the rooms, high ceilings & private lot. Although the property is currently under construction, they clean our street regularly.

The house itself is beautiful and located in a great area. The quality of workmanship is decent, though the contractors sometimes leave much to be desired. Overall, we are grateful for the finished product and have enjoyed living here. However, after some time, we've noticed that certain shortcuts were taken during construction. It's important to be aware that while you'll get good value for your money, the building process tends to move quickly, and some corners may be cut by the builders.

From the sales process, financing and customer service follow up, everyone was super helpful and encouraging.

For the most part it was a pleasant experience. The days leading up to closing were incredibly stressful, though. It seemed as though there was no communicaiton between KB homes, KB home loans, the lawyer's office, and my realtor/myself. No one was on the same page, the loan office was unhelpful and condesending, my house wasn't completed/cleaned before closing. And it was just overall an incredibly stressful experience.

We purchased our new house from a long distance. The KB crew kept us updated on the build progress weekly along with pictures. Everything went smoothly and we were able to move in earlier than expected

Overall I've been happy with buying the house and the service!

I like my home.

The team I worked with was amazing. They made my home purchasing experience a good one. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. I had minor cosmetic concerns with the home, but nothing major. Besides, the superintendent was quick to respond to those concerns. Overall, I am happy.

Ray at EDP was amazing and helped us understand the process and got us excited every week with updated pictures. Jerry was phenomenal and responded to our questions quickly. We had an amazing experience with everyone there. I would recommend them to all my friends & family.

All the players were helpful and knowledgeable. Their goal seemed to make the home buying process seamless.

My overall experience was OK The builder personnel were pleasant. Improvement can be demonstrated with "Attention to Detail!" You do not expect to do upkeep work on your new home. Loose door knobs (I have tightened them already) Paint spots on the floor Stains on the shower floor Paint over spray on some bathroom fixtures Baseboard Trim could be touched up. The floors were not thoroughly clean (Chalky, dusty) Floor Trim on the thresholds poorly painted Island Light Fixtures needed cleaning Outdoor covered porch ceiling needs painting Covered Porch ceiling light has a gap (potential bug entry) Lawn poorly presented, needs fertilizer and Nitrogen Some sod is dead due to rocks in the soil Decorative wood piece on Island is lose (Needs to be fixed) Calking or Paint on the out sliding glass doors needs to be removed and painted. Front Porch Ceiling needs painting AC has an unusually loud hum to it. Water Bill expense for lawn watering ... More

This is an information, yet smooth process. As a first time homebuyer going through KB Homes felt like a breeze!

Sale process was very smooth. I especially like the Energy Star rating and efficiency features of the house. I had a few minor issues but they were very responsive to getting things fixed.

From Jason being the first Sales person I talked to and walked me through the floor plans, to Michelle helping with the financials, and Travis walking me through the full build process, I couldn't be happier. About a month in, my AC went out and Travis did everything he could with the AC repair company to come out and fix. They got the warehouse opened on a Saturday to get my part (manufacturer issue). Michelle still checks in with me and makes sure I am happy and all set-up with the financials. I highly recommend KB! I Many homes now are not built properly, but KB does a great job. They were also on schedule or ahead of schedule throughout the whole build process, and I closed a week early. ... More
