Very pleasant experience starting from initial Sales rep tour of the homes to choosing right home. Very happy with the final outcome and closing the home.

Finance art went above and beyond. Construction manager Dalton and Scott were always available and keep us informed of everything going on. The house is gorgeous and everything we wanted thank y'all for making this a great experience.

Sales associate Cheryl was friendly and keep us inform through out the buying process. Construction superintendent Santiago always taking care of informing us about the construction process and taking care of any issues with the house. My KB Homes experience was great. From sales (Leslie), design center (Audrey-Bella Vista), to the project manager (Marley). I used my own lender. I received an update every week about the progress of my home, and I felt I could call and ask anyone a question at any time, and I did. I would and have recommended KB Homes to friends. Fantastic staff and a wonderful 1st time home buyer experience! Sales Representative Anya was friendly and knowledgeable, She followed up promptly for any of my questions, when construction started Doug and his team keep me timely updates about the progress of construction, I really recommend people to buy new construction way better than old homes which are almost same prices.

I love KB Homes and the Belterra Community! Being the first-time home buyer, we were a bit nervous, however, the entire team at KB Belterra guided us in making the right choice in each step from deciding the lot, best structural selection options, great design studio sessions, and a fantastic construction manager. It didn't stop there, they were prompt in addressing any issues once we moved in and were quick to fix any minor issues we had post-closing. Overall I enjoyed thy home-buying experience with KB Homes!
