Overall great process from start to finish in building our home. The design phase was definitely the best part. Updates as time progressed went well and though the timeline was underdelivered, it still worked out. The mortgage was the best it could have been and I am thankful for it.

James and Blake were great throughout the whole process. We were kept apprised of the status along the way. And any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer! The woman at the design studio was so kind to us also. She was so helpful when picking out our options. She showed us everything, and I mean everything, to help us make the best decisions. Good experience overall but we do have some small issue needs to be resolved

Bryan did a good job and always available when we need help with something.

Overall I am happy with the house except the road noise that can be heard very loudly from my bedroom. The windows needed to be soundproof. Otherwise Bill (the superintendent) has been exceptional with everything we have needed or with our concerns.

So happy with our new home - have to say my favorite part was all the customization. I really valued the weekly updates from Ramon & Steve. They were very helpful and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

Everyone is genuinely kind, professional and available.

After the sell our customer service rep was here anytime we needed. He is most caring as is the rest of the staff. Jeff has always been most helpful before turning it over to Brett!

Buying process is quite simple and straight-forward. The build has its highs and lows (document everything anyone says). The after care once you are in the home is the best of any I have ever seen - very quick to resolve.

KB Homes has build and designed our perfect home! The buying process was great! Unfortunately a couple of times the superintendent of the build missed to set up the walkthroughs during construction. We did do one walkthrough prior to the flooring being installed. Beautiful home! As with all new builds a lot of little details that needed attention but builder is addressing all of them graciously.

Great options at reasonable prices

KB has the finest staff. From sales to loans and studio to the final phases and after closing the staff is there to make the seamless process to your personalized liking. I have to say that I'm completly satisfied.
