Problem with drainage still working on it. Not happy with HOA company; Slow respounce

My biggest regret with KB is that they changed the plan for my townhome midstream and I wasn't really notified til after I had already put my money down. This is not a good practice if you want your potential buyers to fall in love with your product. I did not get ALL I thought I would be getting in my package. Just so they can save money. This in no way reflection on the people I was directly involved with during the process, this is KB's planners or higher ups.

Was very disappointed with the workmanship. Very sloppy. I closed May 26 here we are July 14 and still missing cabinets. Chipped tiles. a second sink was order in my upstairs bathroom last minute they said I need 900 dollars more. They put up the plumbing but no second sink. My cabinets where chipped my sink was scratched just crazy the amount of money u pay to put out that type of work.

I have had way too many issues with a brand new house.

Builder, sales agent and staff were all very professional!

good builder but could have used a thicker carpet. I got the free option, carpet feels really thin. It looks good but some areas you can feel the staples or screws, especially on the corners.

Extremely happy with purchase process. Everyone was professional and provided the best customer service. Highly recommended.

It was a nice experience buying home with KB home from initial days talking to sales person to when home was ready.

I just cannot say enough good things about KB homes and the team I had relations with during my home purchase. From the beginning, Debora was amazing. She communicated very well and often. Her weekly reports made the process easy and kept me apprised of everything. Best experience I have had with a builder…I have bought 7 new homes in 27 years . This is the best experience and home. After closing, I was introduced to Kevin - project management. Kevin was the most attentive, knowledgeable and friendliest person ever. He made me feel very comfortable to ask him to explain or fix anything. Because of Kevin, I love my house even more. After Kevin, I was introduced to Robert, Customer Service manager. Robert treated me like family….a member of the KB friendly family. Not only was he able to fix anything I pointed out, he is very organized and would schedule follow visits from contractors immediately after we met. Whatever customer service training you are giving your team, it should be packaged and sold at high-cost to all companies. KB delivers 5 Star Customer to clients in a consistent manner. Overall Construction and post supports are very good.

KB Home was amazing from beginning to end the whole team (sales, contractors, and lending) have been so helpful to us being first time homebuyers. They care about the minor details of our home and have assisted with all of our questions and concerns.

The experience was long due to covid but we are very pleased with our home.

Customer Service Rob and Contraction Manager Kevin are really nice people and giving me a great support. KB Loan sold my loan to US Bank, and US Bank is terrible in Customer Service. I had a terrible with US Bank this morning 7/13.

Building a home is never perfect. The difference with KB is they will have the vendor return to make corrections to cabinets, paint, plants, etc... We bought everything from KB from fixtures to washer and dryer to air purification system.

Overall. my family and I are extremely happy with our new home...

I was so glad my wife and I found this new build from KB Homes when we were looking to purchase our first home. Everyone we worked with made the experience so simple and gratifying. We’re extremely happy we went with KB Homes and could not be happier in our new home.

I’m still waiting for issues to be resolved and for item already paid for to be delivered.

During construction- take care of the surrounding property for those who have moved in during construction.

I had a great experience until final close day. I was promise a clean house and it was still dirty and still had to do repairs on it.

My project manager Kullen has superb customer service skills. Weekly updates, always answered my questions, never had issues getting ahold of him and makes sure things get done! Huge asset to your team and am blessed he made this process less stressful for me.
