We are moving in 3 weeks and we are super excited! The community is stunning and the price was so affordable we couldn’t resist the idea of purchasing our first home with KB Homes… thank you so much JV for everything you did to make this first experience so wonderful and unforgettable!!!

Our construction superintendent Cole was very responsive, professional and continuously went above and beyond to address our concerns.

In general, the experience with you has been relatively regular. I think it could improve if you pay more attention to the reports that are made to the construction personnel, since they do not resolve the damage reported in a suitable time. The quality control of the people who make the house is bad since they have to do the same repair more than twice. There is no website where I can make my damage report and I only depend on the construction superintendent answering my call and scheduling my repair within two three weeks.

Great communication with buyer!

From the Broker, Design Studio Coordinator to the Construction Foreman it was educational and enjoyable to watch and participate in the creation of my home. I enjoyed every step of the experience and besides the adrenaline rush it was stress free from beginning to end.

It's a long process but Adrian & John, along with Tyler & Tom were there & able to answer our questions the whole time. Adrian & John are still involved even after settlement. If we find an issue within the home John's able to correct any problems within a timely manner. We would & have recommend KB to others. KB is a Great Choice!

(homeowner's son) I ignorantly parked near a new house that was being painted on and since this community is in a windy area, I got some over spray paint on my vehicle. Luckily I got in contact with Jason and Jason who overlook the community. once they saw what had happened they immediately wanted to help and FULLY refunded me for my overspray job! I literally didn't have to do anything and they took care of me more than anyone ever could have. 10,000 / 5 stars.

My experience with KB has been good.

Home buying process was highly satisfied throughout. Communication with sales, financing, upgrades, and construction was on point. The KB Home team really ensured every step exceeded my expectations.

All in all pleased with our home. We did have some issues come up, but that’s the case with any house. They have been good to respond when we send a request.

from the beginning of homebuying process to the finish(closing), kb made it easier especially for first time homebuyer like me. each department responsible for each processes took care of us, no questions were left unanswered and they check up on us every week to see where we at or if we have any concerns. even after closing, they will still connect with us for follow up and etc. never felt left out or anything bad at all. will recommend to others

I had some issues with the painters' work, along with a couple other issues, but I love my home, and the warranty people have been great working with me.

He was very good with getting the deal done reassuring me not to worry. Just be able to contact Doug and he kept me update with my closing date as well as Luis who was my loan officer. Dexter at the Design Center was one of a kind, helping me put together my colors and he made me feel like family. I love buying from KB and would tell everyone let KB make you feel rite at home. Thanks KB for all of your hard work, I love my new home.

Mick and the construction team have been absolutely awesome since we have moved in. They have been quick to respond to the mint issues l/request we have made. Even aspects that are not within their original job description have been addressed through communication or action.

Arnold in Montevello is Great!

Need to improve the quality and workmanship of the homes. There’s a lot of issues with appliances, cabinetry and lack of quality with the finishing touches of the home. Need more attention to details specially with the design center. Lots of mistakes with the choices so it’s back and forth communication to get things resolved is painstaking. I don’t have any complaints with the sales person. Paxton is always on top of any issues and concerns given to him.

KB is personally with throughout the process and continues to support you after you move in!

Overall the sale manager was the best experience; but as a customer we didn’t have the option to change certain aspects of the house to make the overall experience rememberable. Experience was overall basically you buy as is; which was unsatisfactory
