Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

Mostly a positive experience. The doorknob in a bathroom has not been replaced in 2 months. Unfortunately, too, all during the summer, the swimming pool was unusable due to problems. It should have been fixed.

Really great energy efficiency which I’m very happy with. Not in love with the included appliances, and there are some issues with workmanship, but I am relatively certain it will get taken care of. The buying process was painless and quick.

Highly recommended for home buyer

The administrative side of things (studio visit and sales agents) we're great. Couldn't ask for an easier experience! Sales agents and our loan officer were absolutely FANTASTIC. KB is a reputable company but I was disappointed in the quality of the home. The longer we're here, the more we see paint that doesn't match, drywall repairs that were never fully repaired, and walls or base that isn't/aren't straight. Paint isn't a huge issue...I have almost ten years of experience in the paint world that I can fix these issues myself, they're just cumbersome. The nails and trash in our backyard, I'll never understand. We had to pick them all up ourselves and luckily we didn't step on one. They were EVERYWHERE as if workers threw them carelessly. I will say, when our hood was collapsing over our stove, someone fixed it right away. The super and all those working for KB have been great. I can't stress that enough. I understand these homes are built fast and efficiently, but I guess we were just expecting better quality. The shower rod that was placed in the guest bath wasn't actually on properly and was missing hardware. We purchased a new one ourselves. Overall, we're happy to just own a home in California. Great experience with all the people of KB home. very responsive and easy to contact. if only the quality of the finishes and details of the home were up to par with the people. There was a handful of damaged materials used in my unit which was fixed and replaced to the best of the staff's ability. But things like the patio door frame which has a hole at the botom right that was patched up with caulk, or the master bathroom shower drain which was also roughly finished with caulking instead of a neat metal ring fails to meet the quality expected for the price I paid for the unit. Everything was quick and easy. Made home buying hassle-free

The overall process has been amazing. I love the communication and the sound excellent customer service especially from Travis and Jesse. We are so happy to call this place our first home and recommend to our friends and other first time home buyers!

Debbie is the most amazing staff member at KB. Fortunately for me she replaced the first KB rep that left the company. The one negative was the constant change of staff (except for Debbie, who was on point throughout the whole process), that made POCs difficult to follow up with my concerns. Overall I give the whole process a 90/100.

Great looking homes and well built

Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

There needs to be better oversight of the work that is being done.

The process went very well, a few delays in closing because of supply and demand issues.

Houses are built so fast that measurement is so off.

Staff is great and they go above and beyond to remedy any issues I had. Loved them all. My first home was a KB home in Walnut in 1972 and I see where you have cut back on some of the basics. Disappointed in my findings. Houses go up too fast. Flooring in kitchen and bathrooms are horrific. Will need to change them soon. After 30 years in Walnut KB home I never had to remove, these will have to be. Thanks or skimping on that area. Disappointing for sure.

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

Make sure you get the correct closing date, before you start transferring your Utilities and storage and the rent apartments that you are in at the time

Sales office was good and guided us through the process.

I enjoyed all the process, I was updated at every litle step answer all the question . I had. I recommend KBhome to every body. the things I love most is their floor plan I have now all the space needed for my kids.

Don't be silent and not involved in the process. KB will give you all of the opportunities to get what you want. But you have to use your voice and ask questions.

Updates and follow through.

The sales team is amazing! We worked Bailey and she was so attentive to our needs. Because of her I would buy another KB home. Our house is beautiful and we are happy with it. Scheduling for fixes during our 30-day warranty check in has been a struggle and there needs to be some improvement there. All-in-all we have been happy.

The entire process and Experience were enjoyable.
