We love our new home!

This was my first experience buying a home and everyone I came in contact with was very patient with me, answered my questions thoroughly, and helped boost my confidence with this big purchase. Highly recommend!

Throughout the home buying process there were delays but all in all was a reputable. Thank you for your help and customer service.

Overall it was a great experience

Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

Love the style of how the home was designed. Only thumbs down is that I noticed the baseboards, cabinets and doors are not as sturdy as I thought they were. Also whoever painted this house we are in didn’t do a great job. I see Areas that are not fully painted and some drips on the wall. They did leave us paint to use so I will be touching up a few spots.

Amazing home, love the staff and everybody we worked with through the whole process. This quarantine has delayed some things that needed fixed but that will happen after it's over. Thank you guys.

Visit building site often

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. Stay in touch with the sales rep on a weekly basis, especially at closing time. They seemed to string us along and give us dates they were unable to achieve.

Big furnitures and appliances can be difficult to set in place because of the 3 storey set up. The stack washer and dryer I bought is hefty in size and the room for it was challenging for the installation. The hookups are placed behind the stacked washer and dryer. It could have been easier if the hookups were placed on the side of the little room. If you will be doing the move yourself, have fun! It is doable of course. Other than that, my family and I love it here. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to be specially coming home from work.

Quality People, Quality Homes

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied

Make sure you fix every detail before final walk

It would be nice to have a club house.

Materials used could be better. Example: The upgraded kitchen to "gourmet" kitchen only has a 30" hood and stovetop. Could have used a minimum of 36" instead. Would be better if the countertop would have had a 1'' to 1.5" trim instead of just a slab. It looks cheap. However, overall, team is great. The superintendent is very attentive to details of the construction of the home and walks you through the construction phases. The super responds very quickly to questions. I really enjoyed working with them!

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ... I love my new home

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.
