The builders were great. They weekly communicated valued progress of the house and met projected completions at each stage. The communication was very much appreciated. After completion of the house they reviewed the house features and suggested upkeep. They were readily available for questions and concerns, with quick turnaround responses. I honestly am very very pleased with the entire process.

Fairly easy communication throughout buying process. Quality of home is average with minor detail mishaps but customer service is quick to respond and tries to get it fix within a fairly quick timeframe.

The overall experience was very positive. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process, questions were answered promptly, and expectations were set from the beginning.

Workmanship disappointing. Paid for an extended garage it measures out to the same size of the other garages. Not really happy

KB Homes is a class act; I bought a new construction home in ***** in 2003 and had nothing but positive outcome and the same here in Lillington NC 23 years later, this is why I choose KB Homes, I would rate both Cody and Donna a 12 out of 10 as they both went above and beyond what was expected from us.

We enjoyed picking our lot in the community to making selections in the design studio that felt like our personal touches are part of the reason we went with KB homes. The follow up process through each step of the way was amazing. The team really embodies making you a part of the KB Family. We are greatful for the process to build our first home for our family.

From day 1 the builder was very attentive and courteous about the whole process. He kept me in the loop of all process and progress on the home. He took picture and kept in the timeline of all parts of the home. We couldn't have had a better to help build our dream home. Kudos to hime and his team

From the initial purchase all the way through move‑in day, the entire process was smooth and transparent. Every step felt organized and well‑supported, which made the experience stress‑free. The quality of my new home meets my expectations. The builder's team was outstanding. They delivered exactly what they promised, kept me informed throughout the process, and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel confident and cared for from start to finish.

Overall the experience was great. Sales team was responsive and helpful. Construction team was responsive and diligent with updates. Tommy is phenomenal with his assistance considering his workload. The mortgage team was fast to respond and very explicative with details. Overall I would recommend KB to anyone looking to build a home.

Purchasing and customizing our new home with ***** was an effortless experience. Our sales representative provided consistent weekly updates, answered all of our questions, and quickly resolved any issues that arose. In the design studio, our consultant was incredibly knowledgeable, helping us select our custom finishes, countertops, and cabinetry while keeping us perfectly aligned with our vision. While we ultimately decided an outside lender was a better fit for us financially, despite the incentive credit offered for using KBHS, the rest of the process was seamless. Lastly, our customer care representative has been an absolute angel since we moved in. He is incredibly understanding and has been extremely attentive in resolving the minor structural adjustments and settling issues that come with any brand-new home. We are deeply grateful to him. What influence my rating is I have multiple repair issues. They have not been addressed for over three weeks.
