The whole process was smooth and quick. The house has been great. Our realtor was professional and great communication. Our superintendent got us dialed in after move in and has been there for us while getting settled. Couldn’t have gone any smoother,

The sales staff and design team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, KB Home management were a disappointment. We put our deposit down and paid for upgrades but had to 8 months before they started construction. The management team kept pointing fingers at others without ever keeping the buyers informed.

Buy what you want and be there for everything.

I love how organized and efficient KB Home is. From the warm and friendly sales counselor to the construction process and follow-up, they delivered, as promised, a well built, energy efficient home.

I had a truly wonderful homebuying experience with KB Home in Lincoln, CA. From the initial walkthrough to closing day, everything felt smooth and well-organized. Salesman James was especially outstanding- he was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel supported every step of the way. I appreciated the ability to personalize finishes and layout options, which helped make the home feel uniquely mine. the open floor plan, energy efficient features, and thoughtful design exceeded my expectation. The whole process was amazing but the best part was finally moving in. House was build pretty quick and well build. The whole team was very respectful and responsive. Pedro who was my sales representative did an amazing job keeping updated with anything corporate related. Hector who was the superintendent didn’t let me miss anything as far as building process, super awesome guy. KB Homes is the way to go, you will get your build house like no other.

Overall experience was very good. Sales and financing were excellent but, there were too many constructions flaws. some of them corrected before closing others after we moved in. At the end most of them were fixed to satisfaction on an average time frame. I think there is areas that need improvement specially after sales; warranty process needs to review process workflow, that will help a lot and will make the warranty/service more reliable and reduce the frustration on owners and also KB warranty team.

It’s a good builder to buy a house have a good community to live

I will tell you as first time homebuyers in a new city, we were very weary of a scammy homebuyer so we did our due diligence, read as much of every contract as we could, depended on our realtor and friends/family a lot for advice, really put a lot of time into making sure we knew what was going on and that we wouldn’t end up with a mess on our hands. With that said, KB Home made our first home buying process so great and dare I say, even easy. They helped guide us through in a way that felt genuine and honest and explained next steps clearly, Marla our KB agent was great. And the home we ended up with is top notch and as far as we can see and feel in our first 2 months, good craftsmanship and solid construction thanks to Nik who was very detailed on his walk throughs (PDO and NHO) and clearly managed the construction well. Since their formula depends on upgrades, it feels nice you can customize a lot unlike other home builders, but the downside is you feel occasionally they are nickel and diming you on every little thing with design options. As long as you’re clear on what you want and what is fluff, you find out what may be more expensive to do later, and you do pros and cons lists and understand that the model home will show you the most expensive stuff, you can end up with designs you want within your overall budget. We ended up under our max budget for the home but got all our design musts. Being decisive and having a vision at the design studio helps a lot, and Rachel was superhelpful with advice and opinion without acting like a car salesperson. We saw some indecisive homebuyers with no vision at the studio and they looked like they were suffering. Finally, the loan process was our biggest fear because that’s all the money stuff. This is the biggest thing we have ever invested in our lives. James and our realtor made the process easy, he was always available and ready to answer our questions. And he seemed transparent and helpful. And I have to shout out the First American title person who got us through the signing of all documents, she was very explanatory and helpful as well. Overall, although I always hear mixed reviews about KB Home in various cities, here in Vegas I think they are such a great choice. We were not going into one of their fancy or flagship communities like Inspirada (that’s the one I kept hearing people were moving to at least when talking to other buyers at the design studio), we were going into a community that they probably could have just given half service to and not cared about but it didn’t feel that way. That was great experience in building new home from 0. KB builders doing a great job.

We had a great experience with KB homes, and they have been very helpful with all the issues we see from new home problems (yes they happen) Sometimes the builders use cosmetic materials that have issues and there is no way around it but the overall process is amazing and their attentiveness is amazing!

Overall, a good experience in this house, they do have details to take care of, but I'm happy and thankful!

My questions and concerns were met with solutions from all representatives within the business day. Their priority is to make sure the new homeowner feels safe and secure with their homeowner investment. They clearly provide a service to their customers that far exceeds what I’ve experienced in the past with buying a home.

Our experience with Jon and Devin was amazing! They were extremely helpful in not only walking us through things we'd need to know as a new home buyer, but also making sure that we were satisfied with everything even after closing by providing a few handyman services even when they were "off the hook"

We purchased this KB home very recently and living in it for around two months now. Build quality looks good to us, outer wall including window panels are of solid quality. Great insulation ! Good quality flooring. Builder was also very responsive and took care of all the issues (mostly minor) that we faced once we moved in. Although we expected few things could be much better such as kitchen counter top which seems to be cheap builder grade quality. Also, kitchen appliances like dishwasher, oven (range) etc- they were very basic and builder grade quality. I think apart from these we liked everything in the house. ... More
