The experience was good but the quality and materials can get better, I feel like kB used cheap materials just to put the house together.

Good experience buying a KB Home. Love the house, but sloppy work from contractors. Slow process getting defects fixed.

My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

Both my sales person Mark and my customer service guy Justin have been fantastic they have been responsive to our requests and always willing to help answer our questions and find solutions. Their customer focused attitude is a rare thing now a days, it was those two guys that made this experience pleasurable.

Good experience overall, easy to contact agent and builder reps.

We were amazed by the time and effort put into helping us make our home our own. The selections are amazing and plentiful. Even with COVID they were able to timely plan with us and provide ample time to get selections down.

The buying process was great. Everyone was professional and very helpful. After we moved in there was great follow up.

I was able to close on my house sooner with the builder being done before the expected date.

Overall it was great with just a few hiccups.

Great company. Really enjoyed the process but the basic house without upgrades is not worth the price and some of the upgrades are a little on the pricey side. We did a lot of upgrades ourselves after we closed. Overall would build with them again.

I have found issues in the quality of the work done and not so great explanations for the issue.

Great experience in overall, the building quality is as expected. There are some very small things, I decided to take care myself (paint retouch, doorbell button installation, concrete in the ramp, water dripping from a pipe).

Home buying experience was great! The house is great!

The homebuying process and experience was great, my agent was really responsive, helpful and available for questions. The house itself is pretty good overall, but it has many workmanship issues that any homebuyer will want to get more professional work done to their newly constructed house. It seems like the skills, professionalism and quality of some of the construction workers that built the house are very low. Like I mentioned before, the house overall is good, but there are many finishes that it was done rushing and just to finish the job. They didn't take pride in what they were doing. I hope that structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing and HVAC installation construction team really took their time and provided a professional and quality work because that is the work that homeowners cannot see and trusts the builders with. ... Because here are lot of antsand roaches coming in and out

The Sales personnel are very knowledgeable and professional, if you want a good quality home you have to pay for it, you don't get what you used to anymore, examples are bathroom medicine cabinet, extra or not included, driveway garage outdoor lights not included, lots are small, lot premiums are expensive, a lot of the neighbors don't keep up their yards,

Control from HOA is bad heads up

Good overall for first time buyer, but it would have been better. Our cabinet had a few issues, so we have to replace a fews. But the installation date was not fulfilled on first appointment, so we have to reschdeule to get it done. I'm not sure if it is normal but we didn't realized until moved in is that the back yard had so many hazard materials on and in ground as we working on landscapes. But overall, I would definitely recommending KBhome. In fact, I already have many friends looking into it.

KB Employees have been fantastic to work with like Kirin, Thomas, and Daniel. However, it’s the trade partners KB has selected to use that brings your marks down. For example, our cabinets delayed the closing of our home several weeks, we are missing sensors for our HVAC, we paid for Ethernet ports at the design meeting which were ultimately installed, but wired to nowhere because no one notified us (including the consultant) that we would also need a panel in our laundry room. The Ethernet port issue doesn’t seem like a big issue to most, but now we are in our dream home and every work day my wife is reminded of the error because she needs to jump through extra hoops to connect to her work wirelessly instead of a simple hardwire. ... It's a positive experience building home with KB

Sales person, designer and contractor have been good! Finance on the other hand was not good, terrible information and was not there for us at closing. Didn’t answer phone or call back on day of closing as we had questions. Customer service for warranty, has terrible lack of time in responding. A simple “ working on it” would suffice but she prefers not to respond at all. Poor cleaning of construction after being in the house.

I am still waiting for some issues to be solved.

getting discrepancies fixed in a timely manner would be the only thing that would make this experience most excellent. we've been in property 40 days, still waiting for thing to get finished.

Once I moved in I started to see some poor craftsmanship on the drywall nothing major but irritating to look at. Over all good starter home

Harvey and Daniel were great to work with very responsive. Bryce however was not. He mad an error in paperwork that took over one month to fix, never responded to emails calls or texts, needed to contact Harvey in sales with any issues. Delayed final walkthrough and receiving keys due to paperwork issues he created. Lied about submitting paperwork a day before he actually submitted paperwork, very displeased working with him.
