My new home is great now that it's almost complete. The loan process was inefficient in that I continually had to send the same information to 2 different people working on the same thing. The sales team and design studio staff were top notch and very helpful. The construction manager is stretched out across multiple neighborhoods and has hard time keeping control. Therefore my house was incomplete on closing day and made what is supposed to be a great day, a super stressful day. The quality and value of my new home is great,

Rooms are a little bigger than expected which is great.

They were so in sync It has to be a culture a way of daily business to support, to care ,and to share their time and experience to make this a great experience!!!

COVID put all timelines behind but we are very happy with our choice to buy from KB.

KB homes is a great company to deal with. My whole experience from Beginning to end was great. I love my new home.

There are few architectural in design issues that should be a looked at. 1. Design issues, there should be a diagram of where the electrical fixtures are going to be at design studio to make better decisions. 2. Architecturely bathroom 2 and 3 have little space to keep trash can by the toilet and the sink and that also causes a problem in cleaning that area.

Great experience with the builder. Excellent features and thoughtful design.

Everything was good but design studio process needs to be more thorough with the selection of items

The builder was great. The sub contractors work was rushed and not well done. Had to have workers come back multiple times to fix things that should have never been an issue. We are still waiting on things to be fixed after almost two months. We were told items would be fixed before we moved it and they were not. Now that contractors are busier it’s taking 2-3 weeks to get anyone to come back and do repairs. Even the guys sent for repairs aren’t completing the job. Materials like the upgraded paint and the standard countertops are poor quality

K be home have good design, good location, good price. The use quality material more choice to upgrade excellent finishing .

We’ve had several issues most of which have been dealt with but the quality of the workmanship was poor lack of communication throughout the process was poor,and I feel we should have gotten some sort of compensation from kb for the inconvenience caused to have the repairs done to our new home…

The whole experience, was very easy, and exciting!

The interaction with the Superintendent, was excellent. The KB agent however was unresponsive and not available when there were questions or concerns during the entire buying process.

Ask questions, visit site often.

They keep you in formed at every level and my loan officer was great as well. I will be staying with KB if I ever buy another home. Thank you KB!

My home buying experience were very fast. Did not have any waiting to do. So far, I can say that the workmanship and quality is superb.
