Overall experience was great. Only issue we had was the updates on when construction would be done, dates kept getting pushed last second, and communication wasn’t as transparent. However, the responsiveness of problems in the house is very good, and issues are fixed within days.

We had an exceptional rating in every category because amidst the pandemic, and builders in a rush to get projects completed to appease their investors, KB Home Prado at Cadence Park, Irvine, had one thing on their mind: Quality! They delivery a turn-key property and with terrific accuracy and craftmanship. Everything from Sales, Lending, Design Studio, and Construction, was an amazing experience! Watching (and learning) through the process was a fantastic experience. I noticed that inspectors would catch little flaws that I would never have seen. The house turned out wonderful and I did have an issue with corporate policy that only targets people using Veteran's Benefits. These policies ended up delaying closing by 6 weeks and costing me thousands of dollars only because management would not discuss issues with the customer (only the salesperson). Also, after moving in, I noticed a few patches in the stucco when the walls were wet. These patches would dry to the same light ...
