Really solid experience all throughout!

Customer service Felt like I had to keep quiet and allow the process to happen was told that I need to relax and take it easy and then I shouldn’t have to fight so hard for the things I want that things aren’t going to be perfect but I do feel things can be close to perfect or at least some kind of compromise I also feel unheard and put in my place by Desh A top management position should be able to comfort the homeowner during the purchase felt like I was pushed to the side told no and asked if that was all I should’ve been told something nicer or I should’ve felt like someone was looking into my concerns I feel some people need to act more like a boss due to their insecurity with themselves being A bully to others to feel stronger I hope that he learns that he doesn’t have to push people around to be a boss you can still hug embrace and inspire people and And still be a powerful boss ... Overall thru all the obstacles at times I'm still very happy with my experience.

I had my ups and downs in my experience with KB.

Loved every minute of my home buying experience, the updates of photos, the clear communication every step of the way.

Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

Set up of house to my liking of the way i want to live. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many department stores and the like. I have no regrets on my decision to buy the property.

Very professional staff, helpful, concerned (before and after), extremely knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions and concerns timely. Communicate and responsive. Very nice and ideal area to raise children. Delivery was smooth and fast.

At the pooring of the cement I realized they were building the wrong house. When I told the sales person. He took me to the Model the Kingsley to show me it was the right model only FLIPPED!!! WHAT PART OF I WANT MY HOUSE TO LOOK JUST LIKE THIS!!! His reply was "No two houses look the same and does it really Matter? YES IT DOES. 2) The kitchen was smaller. I asked for the gourment Kitchen the sales person didn't know KBHome offered it. If he had he should of told me the kitchen would be smoller. Then he asked me if I wanted a 10 or 12 foot ceiling I said 10 thniking the celing was going to look the same as the model. I said I wanted my house to look exactly like the model. THIS WAS MY DREAM HOME THE HOME I WAS GOING TO SPEND THE BETTER TIME OF MY LIFE IN AND KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THE WRONG THINGS. THEY BLAMED ME FOR INITALING THE SHOWROOM PRINTOUT WITH THE FLOOR PLAN ON IT. HAD I KNOWN THE FLOOR PLAN WAS DIFFERENT I WOULD HAVE QUESTION IT. I WAS THERE TO PICK OUT UP GRADES NOT TO SEE IF THEY CHANGED THE FLOOR PLAN. KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSILBILITY. THEY MADE ME BUY THE HOME SAYING I WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY SELLING IT. THAT WASN'T THE POINT. I DIDN'T HAVE MY HOME BUILD TO TURN AROUND A SELL IT. NOW I AM HOMELESS AND LIVING WITH MY DAUGHTER UNTIL I FIND A NEW HOME IN TN. I AM DISABLE ON SSD AND A SMAILL RETIREMENT. THE CDD CHARGES ARE OUTRAGOUS. I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY IT COMES OUT OF MY TAXES. IT WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MY TAXES OVER 5,000.00 A YEAR NOT INCLUDING HOA FEE'S. THEY SAY THEY WANT THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. Ceasar and Belinda where the best

We've built three homes with KB and each experience was different. If your community has an awesome build superintendent then the home is built with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will have no issues post-build to deal with and you will have a home that you will be happy to live in for years. If your superintendent is lazy or uncaring then your home will have many issues you will deal with for sometimes years. So find a KB community with a solid build superintendent and you will love KB and the home they build for you.

They made the process so easy step-by-step and Rhonda is a rockstar! Well even down to our loan officer and everyone else that helped make this a possibility for our dreams come true

I like the whole process of buying the home from KBH starting from the site. When I explained what I was looking for and the lot was not available as soon it became available I received a phone call. Once I selected the house I wanted and started the process for the house loan i was very please with the service received. When I went for the house design additions all my questions were answered and the person was very professional. I had a walk through the house before signing the buy and observation were taking care. I enjoyed my experience with KB Knoxridge. LeMonte was awesome always communicated with me and he continued to answer all my questions. If he didn't know he made sure he found the answer for me.

I enjoy the neighborhood and the response to the issues that have presented after purchasing.

They push to get house closed before issues are resolved and state the warranty process will take care of it.
