Great value and customer service.

Jayson and Jason, both superintendents were very helpful as well as on top of everything that was needed to be addressed. Both were very easy to talk to as they took care of everything as if it was their own homes.

KB personal are professional and issues are fixed in a timely manor. Only complaint is the number of cosmetic issues the home owner is left to fix and lack of attention to detail. Overall would recommend. Wish the options seen in the model home were offered during build. Large amount of poles, boxes, and in ground panels will need creative landscaping to cover in the front yard, could've at least been placed in a straight line not scattered. Beautiful exterior and Floorplan. Left with a few projects to fix rushed work on the inside but nothing that has caused major issues.

It was stressful at first, (first home) but the David & John put my mind at ease. As the house was being built, I received weekly updates, including pictures. When it was time for the final inspection, John made sure I understood that I had to be 100% satisfied with the house before closing. David has come by and John has called after I moved in to make sure everything is ok. I'm very happy with my house.

The entire process was smooth and easy going. Setting up appointments and even late night phone calls were available to myself and my wife per our work schedule.

SALE AGENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE JUST THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. TWO ISSUES: GARAGE FLOOR WITH HOLDS AND STEPS STOOP IN THE BACKYARD

I'm very impressed and happy with the "smart technology" installed in the homes.

This is a nice Neighborhood, Close to lots of stuff

It was a very long process. From being pre-approved in early August until receiving our home in late March. Understandably with the pandemic going on the KB team in Santa Paula had a very tough job breaking bad news after bad news. From time lines being pushed back, to our entire 1st floor windows and slider being smashed in. But, we kept our hopes up and trusted Christian (at the Santa Paula location). He told us everything was going to be taken care of and done the right way. Now we are very happy in beautiful house, so I thank you and your team.

Marcia in the sales department has been amazing. She communicated with us in a timely manner through out the buying process and continues to do so as we settle into our new home. Thank you.

The overall workmanship needs improvement. We were hesitant to close on our home, but was assured that these items would be corrected once workorders were submitted. Our lawn has drainage issues on one side of the house, which we were told would be fixed, but hasn’t been. Doug, our sales rep, has always been great with checking in on us and making sure we are okay. I would give him 10 stars off we could.

New home build with KB was wonderful!

Overall great experience buying home with KB homes. It was good to learn and have options for new homes and they have nice selection in fair price. Design studio visit helped us customized our home the way we wanted. It would be lot better it value was fairly priced as per the market for the buyer that are trying to pick some selection. Other than that, it was nicely build with great customer service.

Construction team lead by the superintendent was awesome I would give them 10/10. Sales team I would not recommend. One of the workers were not knowledgeable on the models and seemed to just say what we wanted to hear. The Mortgage lending process could have been a lot more efficient. One of the staff would never answer her phone and seemed to be unorganized.

Great Experience From KB Homes!! Highly Recommended

I was let down from finance to the construction part of it…Jodie Hill the sale rep was amazing….don’t get me wrong the home is beautiful but poor execution…still have issues that are popping up and the old issues not fixed yet….I would only buy a KB home again if it was the only builder in the area that’s it

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

Overall, it was a great, smooth experience.

From start to finish the experience was wonderful! Highly recommended everyone to go with KB regardless of if it’s your first of fifth time buying a home!!!

It was a smooth experience. Everyone from the Construction Manager, to the Sales Rep, to the Mortgage loan people, they were all great. Very attentive and professional. Always looking out for the best interest of the buyer. Very personable and great to deal with. They took care of everything and I’m glad I came with KB Homes. Dealing with Rogers, Sarah, and Sylma, it was awesome! Thank you!

I love my new KB home!

One stop shopping. Buying, mortgage services and homeowners insurance all from KB and its affiliate companies was great. Michelle and Dia in loans super. Chris in construction knowledgeable and quick to respond.

The building process was fun and done within a great timeframe. For me, the design studio was the best part, there's something very special and unique about picking every single thing that will be in your home. Enjoy the process while it's happening because it moves fast!
