VERY impressed with the follow-up attentiveness to even minor issues. Kevin and his crew do a fantastic job of making sure everything is, in his words, "perfect." I wish there had been some kind of backyard (rock or sod) completed prior to move-in. The unusual rain has created problems with the drains, and the sprayed on mulch is washing away.

Very happy with the house

I would have loved to have little parks embedded throughout our neighborhood however we are a small pocket within a much larger community, and not even the larger community has those amenities. We upgraded our cabinetry and it seems to chip rather easily, which is frustrating considering we've only been in the home since the start of the year.

The KB home I purchased was found by my broker after two weeks of searching for a home, and I was concerned that I wouldn't find the right home for my family. But once we were shown our home, I was ready to buy it. It was beautiful, well-presented, and the sales staff was excellent. I had a water leak after moving in that caused some damage, but KB was fast and helpful as they took care of everything and made it even better than it was before. I highly recommend KB as your builder.

I had the best experience with qualified personal and the quality of service was on time and made easy. Working with our loan officer and sales representative LaVon were always professional and Josh and Josh helped anyway they could, very professional

This by far was the quickest home buying experience my wife and I have ever had! The home builder, loan company and all involved worked so hard to get us in by the first of the year! We love our home and LB has been great making sure everything was as we wanted!

This is my first experience in buying a new home - but I will say that the value of what I received for the price was beyond that of what I saw on the market. Your people are wonderful, accommodating and responsive - and helped me navigate thru the experience. My only “issue” was that there were some misses that I thought should have been caught - but once identified the situations were rectified quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service, and genuine kindness shown to myself and my mother by Ikaika, Jose and Jeff. NICE HOUSES, AFORDABLE PRICES.

Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.
