Loved every minute of my home buying experience, the updates of photos, the clear communication every step of the way.

Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

Great experience we planning to buy new house with KB

Set up of house to my liking of the way i want to live. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many department stores and the like. I have no regrets on my decision to buy the property.

Very professional staff, helpful, concerned (before and after), extremely knowledgeable. Always available to answer questions and concerns timely. Communicate and responsive. Very nice and ideal area to raise children. Delivery was smooth and fast.

At the pooring of the cement I realized they were building the wrong house. When I told the sales person. He took me to the Model the Kingsley to show me it was the right model only FLIPPED!!! WHAT PART OF I WANT MY HOUSE TO LOOK JUST LIKE THIS!!! His reply was "No two houses look the same and does it really Matter? YES IT DOES. 2) The kitchen was smaller. I asked for the gourment Kitchen the sales person didn't know KBHome offered it. If he had he should of told me the kitchen would be smoller. Then he asked me if I wanted a 10 or 12 foot ceiling I said 10 thniking the celing was going to look the same as the model. I said I wanted my house to look exactly like the model. THIS WAS MY DREAM HOME THE HOME I WAS GOING TO SPEND THE BETTER TIME OF MY LIFE IN AND KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THE WRONG THINGS. THEY BLAMED ME FOR INITALING THE SHOWROOM PRINTOUT WITH THE FLOOR PLAN ON IT. HAD I KNOWN THE FLOOR PLAN WAS DIFFERENT I WOULD HAVE QUESTION IT. I WAS THERE TO PICK OUT UP GRADES NOT TO SEE IF THEY CHANGED THE FLOOR PLAN. KBHOME TOOK NO RESPONSILBILITY. THEY MADE ME BUY THE HOME SAYING I WOULD MAKE MORE MONEY SELLING IT. THAT WASN'T THE POINT. I DIDN'T HAVE MY HOME BUILD TO TURN AROUND A SELL IT. NOW I AM HOMELESS AND LIVING WITH MY DAUGHTER UNTIL I FIND A NEW HOME IN TN. I AM DISABLE ON SSD AND A SMAILL RETIREMENT. THE CDD CHARGES ARE OUTRAGOUS. I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY IT COMES OUT OF MY TAXES. IT WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MY TAXES OVER 5,000.00 A YEAR NOT INCLUDING HOA FEE'S. THEY SAY THEY WANT THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY. Ceasar and Belinda where the best

We've built three homes with KB and each experience was different. If your community has an awesome build superintendent then the home is built with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will have no issues post-build to deal with and you will have a home that you will be happy to live in for years. If your superintendent is lazy or uncaring then your home will have many issues you will deal with for sometimes years. So find a KB community with a solid build superintendent and you will love KB and the home they build for you.

They made the process so easy step-by-step and Rhonda is a rockstar! Well even down to our loan officer and everyone else that helped make this a possibility for our dreams come true

I like the whole process of buying the home from KBH starting from the site. When I explained what I was looking for and the lot was not available as soon it became available I received a phone call. Once I selected the house I wanted and started the process for the house loan i was very please with the service received. When I went for the house design additions all my questions were answered and the person was very professional. I had a walk through the house before signing the buy and observation were taking care. I enjoyed my experience with KB Knoxridge. LeMonte was awesome always communicated with me and he continued to answer all my questions. If he didn't know he made sure he found the answer for me.

They push to get house closed before issues are resolved and state the warranty process will take care of it.

The model home was impeccable, your home will not be. We paid thousands in upgrading almost everything that you could in their base model home, and our home looks like a college kid slapped everything together with a hammer and some nails. Cabinets are crooked, chipped, cracked, and missing hardware. Vinyl floors are warped like you are walking on an uneven gravel road, same experience with carpet (the subfloors are not settling correctly). Paint throughout the home is uneven, finishes are horrible (it looks like a college kid painted the home in a few hours) paint easily scuffs and chips, so don’t plan to even touch the walls because you will either chip or blemish the paint. Upgraded canned lights are not flush with the ceilings and have paint all over them (according to the superintendent, this is my responsibility to get them flush, he claims they cannot get it perfect). Window seals are horrible and have tons of draft, and patio slider does not close properly and has a lot of draft as well. Upgraded kitchenaid appliances are malfunctioning and installed crooked, but it is your responsibility to get it fixed, KB Homes will not help with that. Door frames are crooked (KB Homes has to come in and reframe/reset many doors throughout the house because they do not close now). Trim work is horrible, you will have large gaps between floors and trim (the excuse is they use “floating floors” but I am in real-estate, and I have seen much higher quality installs with “floating floors” I suspect the sub floors are either settling wrong or installed incorrectly. The entire process was very smooth, got updates every week. The quality of work is good and the sales team is very responsive.

Mike was wonderful and continues to be very helpful and prompt to requests. Vanessa young from the loan department was such a wonderful person to work with. She was informative and very supportive!

Jayson Is the best!! What really impressed me was if Jason said he be there at noon he was there. That meant a lot to Jim and I because we had to make time from our jobs to go there. I would highly recommend Kb builders.

Great experience, free garage door opener! Builder was very hands on and attentive.

This is our second KB Home and again, had a great experience. From our first stop with Marvin and Marcel who showed us our home options, to John and Mike making sure every inch of our home was just the way we wanted.
