There were some things needing attention that were taken care of in a timely matter. I love my house

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I appreciate customer service the most and Bill was amazing throughout the process. He always promptly responded to my questions and was on top of everything. I knew everything that was going on with the house building process. The house itself is also beautiful. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were definitely some things that could have been done better as far as painting and cleaning up better but even with that, they were very good at coming back and fixing those issues which I was very happy about. Post closure on our home we had a number of small items that needed repair, mostly because we rushed our closing and with COVID19 they did not have time and manpower to due a thorough punch list walk through. But once we brought it to their attention they worked hard to repair the minor damages and items and were a pleasure to work with.

the virtual design studio was not the best experience.

My home is everything and more. My only issues were delayed start and then waiting for the concrete. Other than that this has been an amazing process and my home is beautiful. The superintendent is amazing and stays in touch every step of the way. Thank you KB for giving me my beautiful home!

We had a great experience with Justin as far as building was concerned. He was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home!

Construction Superintendent was on top of all my issues especially meeting deadlines And timelines. Issues being resolved as needed. No major complaints.

The process was pretty good, fairly streamlined.

I like my new house buying from KB Home.

Choose the upgrades. Saves time money and allows you to roll it into your mortgage payment. For the price we're paying for homes in CA, the upgrades will be worth it in the long run.

My wife and I bought our house while living in San Diego. Our sales rep Amanda and contractor Ryan kept us up to date throughout the whole process which eased the stress with COVID happening as I was unable to leave San Diego.

It'll never be perfect (finish work is mediocre), but for the price, you can't go wrong. After two new builds with DR Horton, KB is a breath of fresh air. We built our new KB home where we wanted it and how we wanted it. Lots of choices and lots of support from the building and warranty teams. One tip, DO NOT use KB Home Loans. Hands down the worst experience obtaining a mortgage EVER.

Overall, great experience. A fairly easy process! A little more communication along the way would have been appreciated.

I am happy so far with KB the way how they are handling issues.

Staff is very friendly. We had a couple of issues with the contract that was not favorable, but other than that, the experience was great. Workers who built the house do leave trash laying around. That is probably the only issue I had throughout this whole process.

Customer services was great, the building process was somewhat frustrating because dates were given of closing and then will be pushed back for months

We are very happy with everything about the house. A few things needed to be fixed that are probably part of normally buying a brand new home but they were quick to schedule and come out. The only thing we were unhappy about was the extra carpet padding we bought because the installer cut it too short so you actually feel the wood stair under your feet and they didn’t pound all the nails down so that hurt. Again, In the process of having it fixed though And quick to schedule.
