My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

It was a good one. Will recommend friends and family.

Had a very bad experience with the whole crew from Sales to Lending

Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!

Had an awesome experience with KB.

My overall experience was pretty exceptional, although buying a home is exciting, (before and after), my “team” went above and beyond my expectations. Rhonda(sales) , Sandra (processing) and Chad (construction) ALL deserve more than 5 stars .

Overall not so good experience buying home at KB.

Not all options were disclosed at studio appointment. But other than that everything was great!

The whole process was way easier than I thought it was going to be.

Overall, the quality of the build is great. Because the house is so basic, you're inclined to upgrade a bit. Decided to upgrade light fixtures in bathrooms and dining room. Big mistake. The bathroom fixtures were not centered to the sink and are closer to the wall. So much for having a design element. In addition, We were stuck getting a Lot that we didn't want, but agreed to it because we were told we could build a certain design on that lot (Farmhouse), which is the design we wanted out of the four choices. Two days later, we were told that we could no longer have the Farmhouse and that we had to have a certain style (Italian) because supposedly the plans were already submitted to the City. I feel like the plans would have had to be submitted much earlier if that were the case and that the Sales Agent must have known it was an Italian lot before telling us we could get a Farmhouse. Unfortunately, not being able to choose the style of home really messed with our experience as it's an option that is used to entice buyers to purchase with KB. The home wasn't 100% ready when we moved in, but the Superintendents (I went through 3 in the span of the 6 month build/purchase process) did follow up to make sure our concerns/questions were answered after moving in. Since starting the whole process everyone is not only friendly but takes care of whatever things are needed. The whole team fights for a perfect score and to make sure that any possible mistakes are corrected and that they earn your trust and approval. I’ve met few companies that are driven like the people that have built our home. We appreciate all that they have done!

People are good. Quality of construction is ok.

Kelly H. Who showed us the home- she is the main reason I bought the home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the things in the home. Very polite and professional! Thank you Kelly! Hope F. helped me with all the financing info and paperwork to secure the loan. If I didn’t have her help to do this I don’t think I could have done that process by myself. Hope was AMAZING! AND- Mike the Foreman at the site responded to every phone call or text and helped get things working or put in work orders to get things taken care of properly! Great Customer Services throughout the entire process.

I would definitely recommend purchasing from KB Homes to anyone. I know the experience may differ from location to location, but based on my experience all of the personnel that I dealt with were kind, curious, professional, and knowledgeable in all areas that one would expect. They never hesitated to answer any questions even if it meant taking the time to research and find the answer. The quality of the home is amazing. They built a strong and beautiful house for our family.

1st, I myself build homes for a living, and I learned a lot from KB about great service! The communities are amazing, especially for the price. The build quality is great for the price point, and much better than other builders in this price range. With every week we become happier with our home and I want to thank KB for selling it to us, especially in this market (2021).

I fell in love with the house from the first time I saw model house I knee it was for me. Not only does the house exceed my expectations in quality but also all the people from KB Home that followed up with me throughout the process were always friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending you to buy a home with KB Home, they are beautiful!!!
