Everybody was amazing to us! Everybody went above and beyond! They helped us with everything we needed to know about buying our first home! They guided us through out the whole process! Made sure everything was going as it should through out the process! We love our new home we picked what we wanted. Our little family is happy!

The house is amazing. But after moving in I am seeing a lot of paint issue from stucco to inside.

Everything came out as expected and in such a timely manner. The whole staff from the sales rep to the builder to the customer service rep were absolutely amazing.

I think the idea or the mission is good, things to improve, the workforce, work supervision, and post-sale complaints

Who ever they hired to build is trash!

Jennifer did a great job on ensuring that the home buying experience was smooth as possible. She was quick to answer questions and followed up quickly through calls and emails. Robert and Phil were very helpful on finding solutions when we encountered some issues with the home.

We had a great experience with the building process. We were always updated on any issues surrounding the house. Kb was always quick and efficient on having those issues fixed.

Excellent home builders and I love it

Experience over all was ok. It took almost 1 month to close after the house was move in ready.

Overall experience was very good. Always able to speak with someone when needed. House we purchased was good sized, but lacking in storage...only fair sized clothing closets, minimal 2 car garage width and height, and though we purchased an elevation with a gabled garage, the space is trussed, and not usable for storage. With basements in Houston very scarce, you would think storage would be more of a concern in designing a home. Guess you should budget for a storage unit for kayaks, bikes, tools, camping equipment, etc.

I like how KB Homes built the community. It encourages an active lifestyle with parks and hiking areas. All those I interacted with from sales, credit and home inspection team are very accomodating and have been very responsive. Overall, I had a great experience with KB Homes.

KB staff was awesome and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are very happy with our community and home.
