This was our First Home and buying from KB was the Best Choice. Other floor plans we saw at other builders were huge homes with tiny rooms.... KB has open floor plans which was a no-brainer on why we choice KB without hesitation. The quality is phenomenal and the process was unforgettable. We have been living in our new home for a month now and still love it. Thank you KB for building our first and dream home!

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

Customer service Felt like I had to keep quiet and allow the process to happen was told that I need to relax and take it easy and then I shouldn’t have to fight so hard for the things I want that things aren’t going to be perfect but I do feel things can be close to perfect or at least some kind of compromise I also feel unheard and put in my place by Desh A top management position should be able to comfort the homeowner during the purchase felt like I was pushed to the side told no and asked if that was all I should’ve been told something nicer or I should’ve felt like someone was looking into my concerns I feel some people need to act more like a boss due to their insecurity with themselves being A bully to others to feel stronger I hope that he learns that he doesn’t have to push people around to be a boss you can still hug embrace and inspire people and And still be a powerful boss ... More

Overall thru all the obstacles at times I'm still very happy with my experience.

A pretty good overall experience

I had my ups and downs in my experience with KB.

Loved every minute of my home buying experience, the updates of photos, the clear communication every step of the way.

Had some issues with not getting the proper appliances that we ordered the length of time to get that situation fixed was a little frustrating. But overall it was a good experience

all staff members are very friendly
