Stay on top of your house and issues will be extremely pleased in the end

Poor designs for the master's toilet (the door and the space) and the second bath.

Hassle free, expedient and timely communication on progress of construction. Very good support from the construction supervisor Trevor F., who is very customer oriented and helpful all the way.

Be sure you have enough outlets in the laundry room.

Great experience

I love KB Homes; this is my second home purchase from them and in the span of 10 years the service and workmanship has significantly changed for the better.

Bad intentional people was saying this and that about KB homes and that's probably why I never purchased from them before. I have purchased from Pulte Homes, Adams Homes, Smith Family Homes and recently from Lennar Homes in the past but nothing like KB Home. I was wrong by judging them based on bad feedbacks but it turned out to be BY FAR the best experience ever. From beginning to end, the staff, the loan processors, the superintendent and the company in its entirety made this purchasing process completely Painless and rather Enjoyable.

It would be nice to have a club house.

KB homes lived up to their promise and delivered a beautiful home. They promptly addressed any issues with repairs and touch-ups, though issues were minimal. The only thing that I can't get used to is how flimsy the wallboard is. I came from a house built in the 1940's where the walls were made of plaster (rock hard cement) and were basically bulletproof and soundproof. Bumping into the walls at the new house always leaves a gouge. I guess that is the new normal, but you might want to consider sound proofing especially if you install speakers in the downstairs ceiling.

Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.

Great neighborhood. No complaints

The sales staff, GC and other staff we worked with are nice and very helpful.

Materials used could be better. Example: The upgraded kitchen to "gourmet" kitchen only has a 30" hood and stovetop. Could have used a minimum of 36" instead. Would be better if the countertop would have had a 1'' to 1.5" trim instead of just a slab. It looks cheap. However, overall, team is great. The superintendent is very attentive to details of the construction of the home and walks you through the construction phases. The super responds very quickly to questions. I really enjoyed working with them!

I think that no other builder can beat KB in terms of price, value, and customer service. I do admit that the quality of materials and craftsmanship can be rough, crude, or careless depending on your luck, but KB's quick response and accountability makes up for it. And the competitive house prices also make up for it. I've been fortunate to work with some great people from the sales, to home design, to construction foreman. These people really live up to fulfilling the KB name. The only complaint I have is the high price of the options to add to the house. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the house. Tim and Austin have been wonderful to work with. Both very professional and responsive

Overall, my total experience has been exceptional. From my initial time working with the sales team, until the final walk through. From visiting the design center to the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience for someone who is new to home ownership.

Everything with them was easy

The hole experience was fantastic, starting with the visit to the different home options and sizes, the lotes and the clubhouse. The design center is the best we have visited and the staff attitude is amazing. They finished the home a month earlier and everything was as promised.
