Wonderful experience from start to finish!

KB cares a lot about their official rating, they tell everyone to give them the best rating with the promise that they will resolve any underlying issues with the home post sales but they don't want the customer to include their true feedback in the rating survey. Everyone was attentively calling me until the 1 month rating survey came through and radio silence since then. Of course, they quietly retrieve and their service goes downhill after the purchase is finalized. Their rating means nothing given how they play the game. I had a great experience with kb home.

From the loan officer to the designer and the contact with the construction officer .. everyone was very informative, and made the process very smooth.

The KBhome studio represents are hard to reach. I’ve been leaving messages for 3 weeks. Still no response.

My previous review detailing my displeasure with our home was rejected for “legally sensitive content,” without specifying what (if any) it applies to, so unfortunately maybe this is generic enough: KB Homes representatives often paid little attention to detail, communicated poorly, did subpar work, and doesn’t ensure that alcohol isn’t present at construction sites.

We have built three homes, and KB was by far the best company to work with!

Being that it was our first home we were nervous and hesitant about making this big life choice hut everyone at Kb was very kind, helpful and understanding to our needs. Would definitely recommend to others. I think that you get your monies worth in quality and craftsmanship.

They are great , informative , they listen to what you want and care about you

KB is a good home builder

Overall I had a very good experience.

The entire process was a great experience.

As a first time home buyer, I wish I would have been paired with a loan officer that was better at explaining the process and more communicative, but other than that I had a great experience with my build. (The loan officer wasn't terrible, I just needed more hand holding since I had never been through the process before.) The design center was fabulous and my consultant helped me truly design my dream home.

The sales and construction team are excellent, very responsive to our home needs.

They are efficient, the contractors, and friendly sales rep.

Any problems that arose, KB Homes listened and responded quickly.

Any follow up work that has been needed has yet to be followed up on and I’m well past my 30 days.

KB has offered a team of people who truly care and work on the behalf of the buyer! I absolutely love my home and I had the most wonderful experience!
