I have to admit that I was really scared on buying a brand new home. Newly divorced and on my own, I wasn’t sure if it was even feasible. But everyone was so nice from sales to construction. Every single person was so knowledgeable and so understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My wife and I love our new home and the location. Our salesman was wonderful, he took the time to explain everything that would be happening..guesstimating on the timeline of how fast/slow things would happen. He answered all of our questions. Our first walk thru on the house went well and what we found wrong wasn't that bad. The disappointment has been getting the problems taken care of that were pointed out prior to our move in.

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ... More

KB Home is a great builder. You wont find the same quality anywhere else. The whole build process was a great experience and very engaging from start to to finish!

Our home experience with KBHome started when meeting the sales person who was professional while making us feel like personal friends. Through out the building of our home, our sales person, Kathryn kept constant contact and the construction supervisor, Charles was always available for any questions or concerns we had. We are very happy with our new home.

Very responsible people! The home really was built around the time they said it would be. They set the right expectations and delivered on it. I really don't like salespeople who over-promise and undelivered, such a waste of my time. KB Homes was just straightforward, hardworking and honest.

Great staff, from the sales office, customer service (warranty) and design studio. Everybody very nice and helpful at all times.

KB Homes Sales Office In Manteca Ca, Has an excellent customer service.The Rep Thomas And Patricia were Tenacious and Conscientious with the entire process.I have recommended KB Homes to my friends and family.We own couple of KB Homes and are pleased with the homes.

As with any construction crews, it's all about the subs. The direct hire employees can not be everywhere all the time, so the subs try to get by with stuff. The direct hire folks with KB were very responsive and addressed any issues we found with the workmanship of their subs.
