Buying process a breeze, knowledgeable staff, realtor and lenders are great! On the other side, the quality of workmanship is way below what I expected.

I’m very happy with everything the way the KB staff kept me posted to learn about my house. I would recommend KB homes to anyone for the help and service it’s been great.

The people I encountered throughout the entire process made purchasing a home through KB one of the best experiences. KB Homes take pride in who they select to represent their company and that is apparent in the knowledge and dedication shown by their employees.

The red no parking zones in the streets were not disclosed to us. Nor was the parking on only one side of the street. Didn't know we were getting a small kid size toilet for one of the restrooms. My heater was not working on move in. After move in there is way too much construction going on and I'm in the middle of all that noise.

I'm very pleased with our home. It is very nice to know that it was actually done with human hands. And with that it has a very special touch a unique. We could not be happier with our purchase.

There were a few issues along the way but I would usually get a quick response when issues are brought up. Fast repairs made up for any defects found.

I was informed what was going on every step of the way!

This is my second home from KB and both buying experience have been amazing. Both times I was able to buy a new build within my price range. I truly believe if your looking to purchase a new home for a great price use KB homes. I will definitely tell al my friends and family.

Our experience with KB definitely had its highs and lows. In the beginning of the build there was a bit of a foul taste and when considering communication from the studio the thought to pull out crossed our minds several times. It's really unfortunate the staff in the studio was not on point with descriptions and lacked in depth knowledge of options; their lacking lead to issues with construction and our overall satisfaction. We were fortunate enough to have a realtor, Shae Nickerson, that operated with what we wanted in mind from day one, up to and past closing. We were also blessed to be assigned Phil as our construction supervisor who honestly turned our experience all the was around and increased the star ratings. Phil was phenomenal, patient, responsive, responsible, open minded, diligent, thorough, thoughtful and hands down the best person to see our build to completion and then some; Phil definitely earned his kudos and 5 stars for responsiveness. Overall great process from start to finish in building our home. The design phase was definitely the best part. Updates as time progressed went well and though the timeline was underdelivered, it still worked out. The mortgage was the best it could have been and I am thankful for it.

Excellent service and responsiveness throughout the home buying and building process!

After the purchase of my home was completed, the issues that were remaining to be resolved have still not been resolved fully and it’s been 3 1/2 months. I can’t get anybody to respond to my messages even though they told me they will stay connected with me for six months and that they won’t forget me just because the purchase is completed. I have learned that that is not true

I did have an issue with the garage door opener, but it was addressed quickly.

My house is very well built, excellent finishes. Jeff, Tony and Rafael kept me informed of the construction process at all the times and delivered my house on time. Highly recommended.
